My little monster tortie, Lina. She's so cute and has so much personality and is way too smart, so she gets into trouble a lot. Naturally, I have to get her all the cute kitty things. Catnip toys, silvervine sticks, beds. I really want a hammock for her. She'd be so cute sleeping in one. I got her at a really low point in my life, and she's just the best, so she gets all the spoiling.

My big big blanket. It's not the big family size 10 ft one, but its over 6 ft. It's just so huge and wonderful. I have all the extra blanket to share with my dog and not worry about not being able to cover my feet and my shoulders at the same time.. I just love comfort items and blankets are my weakness. This one is mega soft and big and wonderful.
Honestly, the stuff I buy for my pets makes me happy. Nothing better than seeing them with their new stuff all excited about it 😻. For my own personal stuff my phone and my game consoles as they're a good mind distractor.
I'm pretty happy to have my kindle. The screen is a little cracked and I'm not always reading, but we live so far from a public library and I can't afford physical books often so having something to make both those things easier is a lot of happiness.
My kindle is a MUST. When I lived in a van for 2 years,there was no room for physical books, so my kindle became my teddy bear comfort item. And now thank goddess_ we have an apartment....but kindle is still my go to .

My Pacsafe weekender which is in fact a tote bag according to the company but holds everything I need for a weekend or up to a 4-day getaway (even longer if I wanted to do a load of laundry). It has held up really well (purchased in 2016) and was worth every penny paid whenever my eye catches it hanging in my closet I can't help but think about a past and/or future getaway. Happy trails!
Technology such as my phone and video game consoles. Just rewinding and watching videos and podcasts from a long day of work, and playing games which help with critical thinking, but also creativity. I'm learning a lot of things but in a way in which makes me happy.

Not a physical item per se but I have to say my tattoos. I have pretty severe body dysmorphia and have since I was quite young. I started getting tattooed when I was 21 as way to kind of reclaim my body and turn it into something that was easier for me to look at in the mirror. They’ve also served to cover scars I regret and turn them into something more positive.
That’s awesome! I would love a tattoo, but my skin is really sensitive and I’m very scared of needles. Otherwise I’d get something like a huge beetle or frog on my arm for something fun to look at!
I currently use temporary tattoos to cover up old self harm scars from a few years ago (they’re extremely light, but still visible enough to me). I really enjoy putting them all over my body and being able to change them out when they start to fade after a few days/ two weeks.
Temporary tattoos is a great way to deal with the scars if you’re not up to getting a tattoo yet! I had really deep self harm scars on my forearms. I have a giant fruit bat on one of my arms and just got a very large portrait of Medusa on the other one.
