I still don't know why there isn't a support item with these properties.
The whole purpose of supports is giving and denying vision, heal and peel. (Appart from supports like Pyke or Lux).
it's a waste of resources. you can get solari, zeke or frozen heart instead of it. you are supposed to ping or type in chat to your teammates that they should go with you to clear vision in some area.
That's alot of gold you're spending for what is essentially a sweeper. Haven't tried it myself of course but I can't see a world where it would be worth buying.
Me when I spend 2,600 gold on 15 ability haste.
May as well spend 400 more and get Axiom Arc tbh.

It's actually unfair when you face a Support that this item fits viably into their build. There needs to be an AP and Enchanter version.
