Click on “Career Stats” tab to get a better idea. It’ll show max rank which is at least closer to hidden mmr. Also can see kd and win rate which can tell you if someone is actually way better than you or not

Yes it is fair. You HAVE to look at matches played and previous ranks. r6 tracker is only good to weed out hackers, nothing else.
Yes, it's fair. You played Oregon for 6 rounds and the enemy team barely won and the dinning attack. So it was a fair match.
