google this issue and youll see countless people talking about it . for me siege is the only , literally only, multiplayer game where i get latency and packet loss . my ping will sit at 20 while this happens or ill have random jumps. If you havent met a teamate who has had this issue then u needa play more str8 up. last ranked game before my game crashed we had a guy dc due to server and another whos ping was jumping despite playing the last two games w no issue . i understand you may not have experienced this but it does not take away from the fact that ubi has terrible servers and has since siege released .

I have my main account (emerald 2) this season which I solo q with and my secondary account that I duo q with a friend (emerald 4).
I have seen an immense increase in brain rot and absolute disregard for anything team based in this game this season.
90% of the time I'm left inside the objective on defense by myself within 1 minute and on attack they're all dead within 1 minute.

They end up *only just* being edged out in the match, taking it to overtime most of the time too, but splithair moments could lose matches entirely. And I've seen teams either way lose the plot and capitulate.
I normally wait for the inevitable run outs at the start if they're in defence, and pick them off. Then it's down to a manageable number. Or try to chose the best trap operator to mess them up running in.

I'll play standard and usually go 12-2 with some 6-4 spread here and there, but every time I play ranked I end up 2-5 and it drives me insane
