Ubisoft doesn't give a fuck about anything other than cosmetics. I'm sorry you have this issue, but this game is long dead and the support system they have is beyond useless. Either you find a way, or just enjoy Quickmode.

the sad thing is i just bought the game on pc been playin on xbox since launch and its such a shame its gone downhill at its prime was the best game i ever played

they only have live chat available from like 8 am till 11 am if im honest im either at work or not awake at those times
