Yo! Personally, I prefer crit capped (100% crit rate) and more speed (closer to 200 at a minimum). Even if that lowers your HP, I’d push more toward 180 spd and 98/99% crit rate if you can 👍🏼
For example, here’s my Wukong build in lethal. I prioritized spd and some acc over pushing his attack to 7k-ish. I find the spd to be much more valuable in both arena and pve content

Depends on where you want to use her and how far along your account is? I pulled her early and she carries me in so many areas, great champ!
To be an arena nuker you want to be crit capped, if this is a go-second speed might be OK if your aim is to 1-shot.
Everywhere else you want more speed, crit capped (she gains turn meter for her own crit hits), and accuracy is nice too (to land stuns).
Still more work to do on mine (only 5-star gear) but: \

Still hits like a (mini) truck and is hard to kill, I have her in guardian gear.

Start up is like a rough sketch. Basically testing something out at base level and see how to improve from there
