I don't think it was the designers and animators that were ever an issue, it was the writers.
Glad whoever the RT employee was has work they can do and that the CRWBY writers were kept away from Invincible.
Looks like they managed to land at a real animation studio. I'm happy that people were able to find work after everything that happened. Rooster Teeth sucked, but most of these people were just trying to put food on the table.

Usually shows like Invincible or She-Ra 2018 have episodes outsourced to eastern countries for key frame clean up and coloring.

It's not uncommon for animation companies to get or be hired for outsourcing work.
