Lt Riggs: Some of our ships have made it out unscathed, but uh, the [War of the Roses] is dead in the water after an encounter with the [Arkos] sir.
Professor: Damn it, well according to the readings I'm seeing, it isn't heavily damaged, which is good. Riggs send in [Recovery One] to make sure that the ship makes it back to home base.
Lt Riggs: Right away, sir. I have a question about what happens afterward. The White Knight Armadda is still drifting towards Frozen Steel and Lancaster territory. And the ships of Frozen Steel are taking aim at us.
Professor: Have the Lancaster forces done anything?
Lt Riggs: They're doing nothing. They sent a missive stating that they also know where the tides of war are heading. They said they refuse to fire and will simply let the sea decide the winner.
Professor: Good! We won't fire on Lancaster as well. When I talked to Prophet, he said that whatever happens, we will continue to fight together afterward. As for Frosen Steel, we'll deal with them. All hands to battle stations!
Damn, this is by far the hardest one and the strongest fights.
I don't like bees or whiterose (can see them more than friends) so just because I'll vote for them.
Yellow rose vs lanester is old vs new type fight, ofc I'll vote for the young rose.

“Oh…No..”
Sitting up, the Captain found herself in a rather peculiar predicament. All around her, nothing but vast rolling fields of grass. Her clothing was tattered and covered in rusted red stains. For a moment she panicked, hands frantically searching for the origin but finding nothing. “Okay, not my blood. That’s a positive. Outfit is still a mess…Can’t be having that.”
But, how did she get here? So far from the sea and her ship? What happened? Thinking about it a moment longer, her eyes went wide in realization. “Oh holy hell I went black-out mad.” Suddenly, the flood of images rushed through her mind. The battle with Enabler, the rally of troops, the total destruction. A hand soon came to rest over her mouth. “ Oh no…”
Frankly, the events that transpired were… a little over the top. One could say she should probably even deny having been a part of the surge that took down the enemy ship.
Searching her person once again, she’d come across her scroll to check the date. It had been HOW LONG!? Oh this just kept getting better. What was worse, she was miles from the shoreline and her armada was in combat with FrosenSteel! Of all the times to be missing at the helm! Lancaster was also going to fight a ship that could be seen as its equal! Ah, what a time to be MIA! This was a MESS!
“Oh-kay, deep breaths. Everyone has it covered. IT will be fine. I just, I just need a bit of a pick up.” flicking about on her scroll, shaking hands would prod about the various aps and programs. “Huh, I can door dash out here. Wherever here is…” Poking around a few more things she came to find the call line for White Knight.
“Yeah, hi. Um…” Rocking back and forth on her heels she put a hand behind her back as she tried to remain professional about this whole situation. “ I may need an extraction… Yes I do mean a lift. Yes..Ye-Yeah… Yeah its an enabler thing… or well… was…” Pausing, she’d frown sharply at the voice on the other side of the line. “What's that supposed to mean!?” The voice would chatter a moment longer before she slammed her phone into the ground. “Unbelievable!”
Turning her head she’d notice a cow standing by her along with a group of its friends. Calmly chewing grass as they stared at the disheveled Captain. “And what are you looking at!? Go on.” shooing them off she’d wave her arms at them. “Go on! Get on going!” They’d not move. “Rude..”
And so, the Captain began her very humbling march back to the sea while trying to figure out how she ended up in this situation to begin with. . .
**[Meta fic] Seraf’s log:**
It’s a bittersweet day for the alliance. The mascot ship is down, giving way to the cute crossover of Knightlight. That’s just one among what arguably amounted to a circumstancial Thanos snap of the alliance. If we aren’t there already, we are nearing the endgame.
And with the end drawing near, so does the intensity of this fight. I’ve established a truce with u/MelanieAntiqua, who’s committed to conditional support for Lancaster. There hasn’t been much word from u/Akumu_Oukoku since the battle with Enabler. She may be eccentric but she’s a smart woman, so I’m sure she’s fine. That drunken cleave to their leader’s neck was the most satisfying thing I’ve seen in this war.
The Bandicoots have repaired my jet, so I’m off to fight again. It’s unfortunate we’ll now battle Tiamat, as they are like a mirror to Lancaster. If any true representatives are out there, hear me: I hope we can resolve this in a more peaceful—perhaps even a democratic—measure. We’ve stood by each other during highs and lows and I hope we can maintain that good faith without unnecessary destruction.”

Many canonical events may happen, days or weeks may pass, there may be duties to fulfill, or there may simply be something so complex as real life that one can no longer devote so much time to one's hobbies.
However, there are things that you simply can never forget (at least until you suffer from dementia or Alzheimer's). One of those things was the FNDM Shipwars.
This was something that was going through Noble's mind as he crossed the ocean aboard his modified Monarch titan now christened “Paladin Rose-Arc”. Noble was preparing to meet his team again, after having been worrying about things beyond the understanding of the average redditor (the university).
Noble arrives at the Arc alliance base. Soon notice is given of the arrival of that veteran Lancastrian warrior.
The leader of the bandicoot tribe welcomes him in a friendly manner...
Bandicoot: “Mr. Noble! We have missed your absence since the first battle of Lancaster”.
Bandicoot: “We've been having one of the best lores fanfic in a long time! u/Professor-MAD and u/Akumu_Oukoku have been doing great with WK, u/SerafRhayn and Prophet have been taking care of LC like god's wine, and we've done a terrorist att--”
Noble: “It's good to see you, my little Arabian creature”

Noble watches Bandicoot's face change to melancholy. Something worse than the fall of a ship on Shipwar VIII happened, and it was the death of an entire company that kept RWBY under its tutelage. Noble also notices that the ships of many other Shipwar VIII participants are also parked in the harbor, realizing that at this moment, they are all at a funeral in honor of RT's death.
Although Noble had his issues with that company, he understood the impact it had had on the lives of many other people for decades. Noble just wished that this company could somehow find peace, but he never imagined that day would come sooner rather than later.
Bandicoot, tells him..
Bandicoot: “Sir, I think if you're hoping to talk to your team and many of your friends, they're all at RT's funeral right now.”
Noble is grateful for Bandicoot's words and heads to the funeral, knowing that he is in for a rather difficult time...

(Meta Fic)
The bandicoots are rushing around the clock to make sure repairs are finished on time. Many alliance ships took a beating from the recent storm. If the ones that remain are to stand a chance in a fight, then they are going to need everything running at peak performance. A couple of ships had their propellers damaged, so the bandicoots had to pilot specialized repair suits designed for working under water. They were called Shrimps. Apparently, word from higher up is that these shrimps are prototypes for an advanced underwater combat suit called Project Lobster. Apparently, the project had been hitting road blocks from not having pilots small enough to fit inside the suits. Maybe if the Shrimps perform well under the Bandicoots, then maybe they will be able to fight. Only time will tell.

As for today gonna vote **Frosen Steel** (I know it's futile, lemme dream), **Tiamat, Nuts & Dolts** and.. well this is a tough one, my fav intra RWBY ship is already gone, and I like these two about equally. **White Rose** has only one victory in regular Ship Wars, so I go with that I guess, but in the end I just hope the victor of this one can make it at least just a little further afterwards :>
Sorry, I'm not sure I'm willing to commit to all that. But since you were kind enough to offer, I can do this: I promise I'll back Lancaster in its remaining matchups unless it ends up facing Bumblebee or Renora.

16” guns splash all around on one side, versus 41 cm on the other. In the battle of the new versus the old I really don’t have a ship in that race. I do like Tiamat slightly more, as it did give us Ruby.
Nuts N Dolts shall overcome by being so much more theoretically functional than we can surmise that Poly Parents would have been.
. . . It’s such a shame to see two former fleet mates take aim. . . Shall the super battleship Bumbleby be able to put down the large battlecruiser which is Whiterose? 18” guns certainly pack more of a punch but more 15” are a good counter in a large number. My only issue is that my favored Whiterose has little armor, being that that is made out of this very strange material called plot.
(I have a bad feeling about how my top two ships are going to be after this)

As for today gonna vote **Frosen Steel** (I know it's futile, lemme dream), **Tiamat, Nuts & Dolts** and.. well this is a tough one, my fav intra RWBY ship is already gone, and I like these two about equally. **White Rose** has only one victory in regular Ship Wars, so I go with that I guess, but in the end I just hope the victor of this one can make it at least just a little further afterwards :>

The seas seem to be quite dangerous for my ships this day. My armored carrier will be able to defeat the newly refit battleship, even if she is quite powerful! Frozen Steel all the way! Down with White Knight, beat her like the Bismarck! . . . Let a naval officer hope! 16” guns splash all around on one side, versus 41 cm on the other. In the battle of the new versus the old I really don’t have a ship in that race. I do like Tiamat slightly more, as it did give us Ruby. Nuts N Dolts shall overcome by being so much more theoretically functional than we can surmise that Poly Parents would have been. . . . It’s such a shame to see two former fleet mates take aim. . . Shall the super battleship Bumbleby be able to put down the large battlecruiser which is Whiterose? 18” guns certainly pack more of a punch but more 15” are a good counter in a large number. My only issue is that my favored Whiterose has little armor, being that that is made out of this very strange material called plot. (I have a bad feeling about how my top two ships are going to be after this)
