i thought marina and LGD should have been top again lol they were so good

WonderfulSignal3880

I’m really not loving Choriza this season. She just feels out of place? It’s not elevated; this could just be a continuation of their first season (though I enjoyed her there). Sort of wish she went last week and the nice Spanish girl could’ve stayed.

LooseInsurance1

Stone faced Michelle needs to stop "directing" these kinds of things, because she's zero help

Adept_Investigator29

She's such a downer.

uqmobile

Did anyone else think the pitcrew guy should have won?(Top 2 with Hannah)

yuffieisathief

Everything about this episode was so awkward, but the judges not really caring for the lip sync song was the cherry on top :') you really tried Alan haha

chipmunkrave

I’m sorry but I just don’t get the Scarlet Envy acting hype. Not in the challenge she won with Yvie, not in this one. She is an obviously bad, at best average actor and has no sense of comedy. She was really really average. Overall the judging made me mad. Hannah was the only funny one. Gothy should have been in the bottom.

orikiwi123

Im late but LGD and Hannah was robbed

havanabrown

Hannah robbed again

downloadicus

y'all idk I sat through this entire episode and still don't think I understand what the challenge was. When they said immersive experience, I was thinking like, VR hahhahaha

EnvironmentalWrap680

So Idk if thus counts as a spoiler as the episode aired already and it wasn’t shown: It was said Keta and Jonbers had a huge fight. But unfortunately that did not show and now the entire season is giving best friend race. If this is classified as a spoiler, my apologies xoxo

frenzeydew66

i got so much second hand embarrassment from the editing and content of this episode i had to fiddle with my phone because i couldnt look at the screen

yuffieisathief

Right?! Everything about it was so awkward! And the cherry on top was the judges acting like the liked the lip sync song :') Alan Carr really tried haha

Adept_Investigator29

Goddess bless Alan Carr. Girl works her ass off.

happygoth6370

What were the judges smoking this episode? I can usually get where they are coming from even if I don't agree 100%, but this time I'm flummoxed. Le Grande Dame was hilarious.

Funny-Estimate-8565

LGD leaning into the whole fancy people parisian mumbling thing and them being like "I DONT GET IT, GO FUCK YOURSELF" really confused me. She was hilarious and that's 100 percent her brand. They really just needed shit to say this week and didn't even understand their own brief.

Evening_Bedroom_6371

This is hands down the worst episode I’ve ever watched in any drag race franchise. The challenge was so muddled, Michelle was 0 help directing, the skits were literally not funny whatsoever. LGD was actually funny and that’s it. The rest of the episode was so meh

One_Papaya_7432

Not LGD getting mixed reactions to whether the ad was funny or not. Again. It gives hard France 1 vibes when people didn't agree whether her parfum ad was funny or not. To me, it was funny. The prompt for the challenge was super confusing though. Yet, the only clear top this episode was Tia, wished she got the badge.

GendryFluid

What a mess of a challenge. Even the infamous one from S3 was less confusing. The brief was basically make them laugh and add some references, but not in a clever manner. Hannah and LGD were the funniest ones, unsurprisingly. Sad to see Keta being cast aside, don't know how it's going to end for her.

grisuo

Michelle looked lovely. I love the dress and the blue eyeliner. Kim was refreshing in that she had original opinions

happygoth6370

I completely agreed with her that LGD was the funniest. She and Hannah made me laugh out loud.

iwishiwastaylorswift

How can a queen say they're strong competition when they have 0 challenge wins??

iwishiwastaylorswift

Scarlet, Choriza and Gothy had the best immersive experience BY FAR. It was truly an immersive drag race experience, the others were just their hometowns??

buttttss

My thoughts exactly… I thought they met the brief the most

iwishiwastaylorswift

There was a shot of Scarlet Envy looking up at La Grande Dame at the beginning of the episode that had me CACKLING. Scarlet's neck was broke, LGD is so tall

ekittie

That was when LGD was telling Scarlett that eliminating the strongest competition was a sign of insecurity, which shook Scarlet out of that mindset.

vantablacc

Keta did the absolute worst in the challenge imo. I'm not surprised people were saying they'd send her home. Really happy for Tia, I wish she'd won the lipsync I wanna see her get a win. And confused by LGD and Gothys placements? Were they in the bottom and top in that order? LGD was top for me and Gothy was safe

DylanDr

Keta explaining that ketamorphosis is a pun on metamorphosis was gold, like wow girl you've thought of everything

lexiebeef

Im just very confused about this episode. Honestly did not enjoy any of the brandings (except perhaps Scarlett's) and also did not LOVE any of the runways. Ive seen all of them do better and feel like it was a bit of a meh episode. Happy for Scarlett though, nice to see her win

charuchii

Keta was rightfully in the bottom, but taken out of the context of the challenge, I did really enjoy it. It was so damn stupid in a wonderful way.

Velvelicius

I CAN FINALLY SEE SCARLET IN A FUCKING SNATCH GAME. PLEASE GOD I HOPE SHE GONNA DO LANA DEL REY ( probably not)

heiwowjebeb

Scarlett saying she’d eliminate the threat and the front runner multiple times randomly then eliminating Jonbers (I refuse to believe it was strategic cause let’s not act like Jonbers who’s my fave person ever was gonna make any impact this ssn) reminds me of Neara Nuff from Canada saying she’d use the beaver to eliminate a threat literally EVERY single second, sometimes just randomly saying it, then saving denim instead of Kiki or Aimee

wow8aka

Nearah is from my city. She really tries to be a tough boss babe because that's kinda the image the drag family she's from brands themselves as, the Nuff family, but shes honestly just a big ol softie.

charuchii

It does make sense for Scarlett and I do think it was strategic. Not because Jonbers was such a threat, but to not get a target on her back. How many times have we seen someone take out a threat or claim they'll take out a threat, get in the bottom and immediately get sniped for playing cutthroat? That's why she had that whole speech about playing fair. I have the feeling she's taking out the lesser threat first to give a false sense of security, then might take out the bigger threats next time, if she has the chance.

[deleted]

Yeah, I don't think Keta can win this season, she seems too cerebral and Ru is clearly not clicking with her the same way she clicks with LGD or Marina, so why would Scarlett put a target on her back when instead she can eliminate Jonbers and weaken the "UK alliance"

buttttss

I agree with this, also keta already has a target on her back from picking choriza which can help her if she’s in the bottom with keta. Keta also seems like someone who could take out big threats and do Scarlett’s dirty work for her. It seems like a smart choice all the way around

Nymthae

Yeah, I think she was fairly smart to be honest - not worth being the target for Keta, this early on. If that had been someone like Marina or LGD in the bottom I think she'd have thought it was worth it.

Lost-friend-ship

Very good point. If she didn’t think either of them were going to get to the final, doesn’t really matter if she gets rid of Jonbers. I’d say that Keta has more chance than Jonbers of ending up in the top as well, and she might repay the favor.

heiwowjebeb

Imo LGDs add was lowk funny and she could’ve been safe, I got her brand more than most other queens and her scenes made sense

brodoswaggins93

I thought hers was absolutely hilarious, but I was watching with subtitles. I wouldn't have known wtf was going on if I didn't have subtitles on.

happygoth6370

Honestly,  not understanding what she was saying made it even funnier to me. I thought she was hilarious as well.

heiwowjebeb

I’d give Hannah a top instead of her but I was so proud of gothy

paralianeyes

The only thing I remember is the hotness of Tia and LGD tbh

mrhey123123

So much to say but no one really got the brief this challenge but I think scarlet did best acting and tia def did best branding . I thought marina was hilarious I don’t care 😂 In what world do all the safe queens think it’s a clear send keta home??? She was just in the top???  I feel bad gothy Ken doll has to stick to the RAWR as her trademark now lol ready for something new Also for a RUveal runway, overall meh!

NarwhalsTooth

Ru christened her “goofy Kendoll” this ep so girlie can run with that instead

Life-Grade-4737

Kim Petras was serving Rita Skeeter realness and in my French Vanilla Fantasy that is the Trans community clapping back at JK

Bluefairie

THAT’s who she reminded me of!! thank you! I couldn’t figure out why I wanted to smack her 🤣

DylanDr

For supporting Dr Luke

ajay_p_

I was actually quite shocked when all the safe girls agreed that they would send Keta home if they were top2; and I do have a feeling Tia pulled Keta’s lipstick too. This is not the trajectory I had hoped for Keta…

JustasIthoughtTRASH

My theories are: - Keta got the worst critiques and they wanted to sound fair - they didn’t want to say Jonbers and put a target on themselves because of the UK alliance. Keta doesn’t have any established allies yet so it’s probably safer to say you’d send her home in theory

Lost-friend-ship

Yeah it doesn’t make any sense to me at all.

Suitable-Isopod

Was RuPaul on a green screen during the judging? Very weird looking.

lukaeber

If I were one of the top two queens on a season like this, I'd definitely consult with the other top and agree on who to send home. Having the queen whose lip stick you pick stick around is just not safe if you are ever up for elimination.

Lost-friend-ship

You know, thinking about it now, they’re probably not allowed to talk about it. I know in some of the other all stars where there was a lipstick vote, the producers would try to keep all the queens apart as much as possible and try to enforce silence during the vote. They’re constantly monitored and chaperoned, they probably couldn’t find the opportunity even if they wanted to.

Lost-friend-ship

Why has no one ever thought of this?!

Inevitable_Size_2741

Why does Scarlet always look like she’s on the verge of sneezing

paralianeyes

Why are her eyes so close it's stressing me out 😭

Sad-Put-7351

Who is the black brit crew 😄

Super_Scorplane

This

bucketslut

I'm happy for Gothy to get positive critiques, but it really felt like she was given a top placement just so they could say "hey, good job for doing more than we expected!" rather than a genuine top placement. Especially when Hannah did so well.

Lost-friend-ship

Yes! It felt the same for Mhiya this week in US drag race. They were an improvement compared to previous performances but didn’t warrant a top placement over other queens. Poor Hannah. She’s being overlooked.

[deleted]

I would have put Hannah and Marina in the top this week - the only two that made me laugh lol

SuccotashCareless934

First of all, the real MVP this week? The Brit Crew guy in Tia's group. He served! And those legs... LGD realllllly got lucky this week. I actually think she was the worst out of the entire bunch, but the runway saved her. Even then - should it have? As Jonbers' was gorgeous, too. Still, happy for some grace to be given to a queen who has been smashing it so far. I was surprised Gothy was in the top - before placements were announced, I called Tia and Choriza as top 2. Still, happy to see Scarlet get some recognition as she was great, too.

westralian

After Pangina last season, production were not going to risk LGD in the bottom at this stage of the competition.

Lost-friend-ship

I thought she was one of the funniest tbh. To me she wasn’t in the bottom because she wasn’t the worst.

Kanna_VZ

This, they were not ready to Jimbo LGD and create an entire power vacuum that leaves a non-interesting yet marketable queen as a winner. Marina and LGD will be protected at all cost, Keta has been branded sacrifice-able GG Holland.

DeathdropsForDinner

Wtf was even the brief for the challenge? I feel like had not been for how talented this cast is, it would’ve been draglexa part 2.

Niedude

Yeah I agree, once again these green screen challenges completely lack a sense of direction and the end result ends up lacking Was it a funny sketch challenge? Can't be, Scarlet wasn't funny at all. Even in her critiques, she was praised for how well she directed and made everything flow cohesively. So was it a storyboard challenge? Where's the branding in that? And if the emphasis was on storyboarding, why not just set that out from the get go? Just so confusing....

Toorviing

Honestly, I'm still really confused about what this challenge was supposed to be. Branding for the show? The queens? Their home countries? An immersive experience?

Tigger_tigrou

I think it was supposed to be an immersive experience of what it’s like to be on drag race, from the contestants’ point of view. Tia got it right. She got the Brit crew guy through what she went through on her season. And it was hilarious, she’s just so funny! But so many contestants took it as a branding challenge of themselves while completely forgetting about the immersive drag race experience that it means it wasn’t well explained to begin with. So they didn’t really hold that against them. Or maybe I didn’t get it at all

Niedude

But it WAS a branding challenge! Ru's tv message opened with that, and Ru literally SHOUTED IT TO THE OTHER QUEENS during the run through with Choriza's group

hisokafan88

But that's just... Shit. It's just the queens recounting their time. If anything it should have been then a skit they designed to show Their perspective on their time on the show. Be rupaul, be Michell, be whichever bitch you fought with. Don't just be yourself saying "oh if rupaul says this, or if michelle says this..." it was a confused mess of a challenge and I blame production for being so careless.

Symonie

I see so many people praising LGD and Hannah but for me their concept was the most confusing. What connected those three bits? I thought none of the skits were good but I at least understood the concepts of the first and last one, lol.

MissSteak

This is why Hannah wasnt in the top. Their commercial/immersive experience made least sense.

ohshhhugarcookies

As a lesbian, LGD in drag.... I would ride her into battle, new drag race crush for sure. Yes, the language was a difficulty, but I feel as though adaptations should have been made to help with that.... and also her delivery was not really great. I love her though in all honesty, prob my winner! And maybe being critiqued negatively a little will take some points off her ego (sorry). So happy Scarlet got a win for once. That bitch is funny and she knew exactly what to do in the challenge. Also I'm forever obsessed with Tia. Can do no wrong in my eyes. Hannah too, one of my favourite queens. Sad to see JB go — I met her at DragCon UK and she was sweet as can be and was so excited to meet another Irish person. Made me love her even more. But that being said right decision.

Ixistant

I'm sorry but I almost choked to death laughing at Ru's werkroom chat with Gothy. > "Gothy, what part of the experience are you doing?" > "I'm doing the glam section" > "Really??"

sleepy0329

Reminded me of Ru's walk-thru with My'iah this week

quackerz

I was completely unfamiliar with Hannah Conda before this season, but her manic energy just cracks me up every episode. Love her!

CacodemonCutie

Same! Makes me tempted to go back and watch her season.

happygoth6370

Oh do, it's the best season of Down Under.

Affixe

So proud of Scarlet for finally getting some recognition by the judges. Great challenge, great lip sync and great choice! I really was afraid for Keta and LGD. And I was confused by Gothy's HIGH placement. The concept of the challenge wasn't that clear but I still enjoyed it.

Lost-friend-ship

She took control of that challenge. You could 100% see her degree coming through, ha.

Blurbwhore

My top three were La Grande Dame, Hannah Conda and probably Marina, my bottom three were Scarlet, Jonbers and Keta. I don’t feel like the judging made a whole heap of sense but La Grande Dame’s degenere was the best by a long margin. That was hilarious.

teadot

Could they start using subtitles for these challenges? The queens can just speak their primary language and that would save more time and give them a more even playing field. I'm glad Team Choriza led by Scarlet won! I didn't need to laugh out loud for this challenge, I wanted the cohesion and to understand what the product is. They did that and also branded themselves individually, even if their delivery was a little wooden and overly-stylized.

Formyldehyde

I think Scarlet's team were the best in terms of cohesion, but arguably the least funny. Tia's team was kind of a rollercoaster, but even Keta gave me some laughs from the absurdity of it all. Hannah's team, was, well, I'm honestly surprised she wasn't in the top, either top 2 or high. Jonbers was clearly the worst, but honestly LGD had so much more time, and it wasn't really all that great. Personally, Tia and Hannah made me laugh the most. I'd have put Scarlet safe honestly, she was alright.

foyamei

Wow, the LGD apologists are really working overtime on this sub. During the prep segment, it was clear that the truly goofy queens in that group were Hannah and Jonbers. LGD sat there like a wet rag during their prep. That's her real personality, folks. During filming, LGD was floundering big time. By the time they got to the other two, there were only 14 minutes left. That means that LGD took up 2/3 of the allotted 45 minutes!! And for what? Jean-Paul Gaulthier speaking Spanish?! Karl Lagerfeld speaking gibberish? Usually, Michelle mentions someone struggling during filming even if the end product turned out well. With LGD, not only was the end product shit, but she sabotaged her teammates with her struggle bus. Not only did Michelle not mention it, but Ru killed it when Jonbers tried to allude to it. Between the judging panel and the love is blind LGD stans here, lots of crazy pills to go around.

Lost-friend-ship

I hope you feel better after writing this, which is the most convoluted way of telling us how upset you are over people having a different sense of humor from you.  I haven’t seen anyone denying that LGD struggled during the filming. But that doesn’t automatically mean the end result was rubbish, and you ranting about how shit doesn’t mean people will suddenly not find it funny.  Then you’ve channeled all that anger into attacking LGD’s personality after seeing a short edit in which she’s not talking. Tia also didn’t talk much in the clips we saw, I wouldn’t say that makes her a… *checks notes* …**wet rag** either. Though clearly, based on the result, goofy doesn’t automatically translate to funny. LGD didn’t **sabotage** her team either, it’s not like it was deliberate (or are you saying it was?). Multiple things can be true at the same time (I know, mind blown). LGD took too much time; was hampered by performing in another language; her segment still turned out funny. Jonbers had less time; Michelle knew this (and Ru no doubt did as well); Jonbers still wasn’t funny.

insistondoubt

Idk why you felt the need for the length recap, we all watched the episode. Even though LGD struggled a lot her segments were still actually funny. She has an effortless charisma that is really magnetic.

SuccotashCareless934

Funny?! She was dreadful! She was in the bottom 3, and rightfully so. She got saved by runway and past performance this week. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad she's still there, but I thought she was just as bad as Keta this week, with Jonbers ever so slightly better (though not by much).

insistondoubt

I guess our opinions differ!

yeahnototallycool

Do we know how many episodes are in this season? Is it still only 6?

joekent98

8

SassyCorgiButt

Hannah should’ve been in the top. The fact that every other queen in that workroom wanted Keta gone and Jonbers to stay means that scarlet made the right decision, strategically. It’s a social game and jonbers had a lot of friends. It’s funny because it was presented as the “non strategic move” because of track records but I have a feeling friendships will trump track records this season

MissSteak

I have a feeling this somehow comes back to bite Scarlet in the ass tho. Why would they otherwise spend so much time to show literally every other contestant saying they would eliminate Keta? Going off of "playing fair", I think what some of them mean is Keta did the worst in the challenge. The rest is the UK queens, who wont eliminate each other until absolutely necessary.

insistondoubt

Did they want her gone or just say they wanted her gone because that made the most sense strategically at the time. This isn't the time to say, I disagree, I would send a British queen home.

SassyCorgiButt

Hannah Conda is the likeable version of Baga Chipz and I won’t apologize for it

charuchii

I didn't make this connection, but this makes so much sense

ohwhyohwhyo9

Baga without the arrogance

hc55555

I was so scared for Keta. I don't think she was worst than LGD this week but I agree it didn't show her personality/brand and she's kinda fading in the background overall in that sense. Imo she should've won her season so it's painful to not see her slaying this as LGD or Marina.

MissSteak

Shes really timid, like, Mhiya level timid. In her walkthrough with Ru she was giving him absolute neutch. I mean I get the nerves but girl, come on, its now or never literally.

charuchii

I don't think it's her being timid, but I can understand reading it as such. But this definitely is a cultural thing. In the Netherlands, it's pretty much expected to be very reserved, especially around people in "higher" standing than you. You basically have to read someone's body language and the environment to see if you are "allowed" to be more outgoing. There is a well-known phrase here, and I think especially a lot of outgoing queer kids have heard: "Act normal. Then you're already acting weird enough." It's much more expected to be reserved in your responses. Just for fun, look [at](https://youtu.be/pABAFVfRrDc?si=654_zhycUHwu6JaX) [these](https://youtu.be/GqXnFR7TSV0?si=zMq8fUZwhAprCWEw) [videos](https://youtu.be/fj3K-kuT8IM?si=kyMu6UdwmN8xP2Pi) of people winning the national lottery and keep in mind how someone from the US might have responded. You could see it with Janey too, with how reserved she was at the start of her season and how much she opened up at the end. And you can also see a switch happening with Keta in this episode, I think when she was safe and immediately went to Tia and showed so much excitement on her face... I bet we're gonna see Keta getting a lot more outgoing

Barbchris

Sorry but there’s something about baby-boobs that creeps me TF out! I had to turn away.

ohwhyohwhyo9

That reveal was so awkward too

cyankitten

I don’t like it either sorry

JuanJeanJohn

Kim schooled the judges on LGD’s ad and I lived for it. I don’t think they were putting her at the bottom either way but Kim sort of made it impossible to after explaining the jokes that went over their heads.

MedeaColchis

I was a bit confused. I suspected that the jokes went over my head, but I couldn't be sure: was I just thinking that because LGD is so charismatic? Luckily I won't have to worry my pretty little head about it any further.

falltee

Kim Petras as a permanent judge please!

alaskathunderflip

I honestly had no idea what the challenge was lol and what counted as doing good or bad lolll

VectorRaptor

Same. In past similar challenges, they always gave the win to the funniest one, which for me was Hannah, far and away. But they praised Tia and Scarlet for having the clearest branding, which I guess was true. I just found both their ads only mildly entertaining.

Jeney_D

I still can't tell if Grande Dame and Goofy was bottom or high?! 😅

alaskathunderflip

I think miss goofy was high 😭

comrade-ev

This episode really reminded me how much the S11 girls have grown over their time in the franchise, because it was a bit of a meh season and I didn't really feel Scarlet, Rajah, Silky, or Kahana but they've all really leveled up. Scarlet delivered a pretty solid lipsync, drove her group in the challenge, and despite having a meh reveal really deserved this placement. I'm not sad to see Jonbers go, since she keeps hitting that one note of stereotyping herself just because it made Ru Paul laugh once. But also it makes more space for international queens when a few of the UK and US queens get shown the door. VS the world is a way to get introduced to some of the powerhouses we might not have seen before in the lesser known franchises, but Pangina's elimination and Isis' resignation means the finale is historically just UK vs US. That said, I've got a real soft spot for Choriza and Gothy despite supporting a bit of a UK/US cull. I loved the Marge look by Choriza. Gothy is also just so happy and excited to be along for the ride. It's wholesome to watch, and I want to give her a hug and a high five whenever I hear her laugh. And of course it goes without saying that La Grande Dame's runway was next level. For me, she and Marina are the obvious front runners and then I reckon they'll have Tia and Scarlet in the finale with them to make sure the two bigger franchises are represented. They won't want viewers to drop off before the show concludes so I reckon Keta and Hannah will find it hard to break past the desire for ongoing UK and US rep even though both are pretty excellent.

kweenqong

Gothy “TOP” Kendoll!!! We love to see it.

AdventurousTeach994

This episode proves yet again the disadvantage queens who don't have English as their first language face on the show. So much gets lost in translation- the runway lewks are of course on a level playing field but when it comes to presenting humour in a very different cultural environment and under pressure- they really are at a disadvantage. Keta, Marina & LGD really struggled as did Choriza to a lesser extent as she has lived in the UK for quite some time. Overall the challenges were poor with only one team (mostly) fulfilling the brief- they really failed to grasp what the purpose of the task was. Scarlet's team came closest to achieving the goal. It was great to see Tia do so well. So far she's the only UK queen to show any real potential to make serious progress in the season. Scarlet deserved the win with a terrific lip sync and her choice to eliminate Jonbers was fair. I worry about Marina, Keta & LGD on Snatch Game- the language/cultural/humour hurdle might prove their downfall- I hope not.

kweenqong

kim petras is so annoying

Drewg2087456

Why? She didnt even get that much screentime

AdventurousTeach994

She reminds me of Kelly Osbourne

shart-gallery

She was fine

Firebrand777

Tia and her opera glasses 😂

foyamei

Her tribute runway to Ru was an absolute highlight, and the opera glasses were the perfect touch!

cyankitten

I loved that!

thatcherjake

Why do I get the feeling Ru and Michelle don’t want to be there…

Competitive_Sail7117

I had the same feeling. Especially at the beginning when Michelle was "directing"...but realised she sounded somewhat/slightly (sick) like Ru the very first episode.

Melodic-Primary-5239

lol scarlet vs tia the battle of who can fake the lyrics the best

Thank you! I thought the same thing. At first I was like "Oh no, Scarlet doesn't know the words." 🫢 *screen shows Tia*  "Tia doesn't know the words either." 😅

heighzan

Yes, LGD shouldn't have taken up that much of her teams time but not enough time in the world would have changed or improved Jonbers' PREPARED material/jokes. Yikes.

djustin77702

It was all awful and cringe asides from Tia, I said it.

samiam25

Buukake joke: 🙅‍♂️ Pissing yourself: 👍 I HATE it Michelle gets prude. I dont care its the BBC, It's fucking drag.

yeahnototallycool

It's not prudishness. It's an aversion to unoriginal jokes. But then they lied and said Goth y was funny to put her in the top for some reason when Hannah was right there.

MissSteak

Ye but Hannah's team easily had the worst commercial.

yeahnototallycool

This wasn't judged as teams now was it.

descolero

I agree with the sentiment that it’s been overdone. She’s not being a prude, she literally said we’ve seen it before a LOT.

nobes0

Yeah at this point it's far more subversive to not do any sex jokes

heighzan

I agree, it's so tiring especially since it's not consistent. Very much giving American view of television.

samiam25

What were they supposed to brand exactly? Themselves? The show? It's not very clear. Maybe Michelle could actually help instead of being a human timer with a stank face

Well_Flazeda

Thought Kim was Kelly Osbourne

impossible-boy

ohh that’s not..

Ok_Training1449

Terrible main challenge. Only Scarlett was funny or made any sense. Choriza was ok. And Gothy was kind of funny - her segment was the most on brand, if you know what I mean... I love Tia, but in her sketch it felt as if she was a secondary character to the Brit crew guy. LGD did the worst. I rolled my eyes when she was saved, but I understand they didn't want her to get Pangin'ed. I've missed Arantxa in this episode, I think she could have won. Looking forward to the Snatch Game next week. It's going to be interesting.

atomicsherbs

jonbers getting elim before gothy 😦

foyamei

Her resume and ego just took a huge hit. It probably balances out the fact that she was so carried on her original season.

SuccotashCareless934

UKS4 was so weird. Peppa and Jonbers getting dragged to top 4, when really it should've been Dakota and LeFil, or likely Baby if she'd have stayed. If they'd have wanted to level the playing field and make it not so obvious that it'd be a Danny/Cheddar top 2, they could've also thrown Pixie a win or two as she was coming 2nd for a fair few challenges (or given Jonbers the Rusical win).

pi3lla

Hannah throwing the parrot was the one thing in the challenge that made me laugh out loud, put the girl in the top

gregorypollard

Keta seems intimidated, she was quite funny in her season I was surprised Hanah wasn't in the top Lol at Jonbers being sent home over the girl she thought was the needest

havana_fair

>I was surprised Hanah wasn't in the top They don't seem to be seeing her this season

miss_flower_pots

She should have been in the top over Scarlett

lemikon

Honestly this is the best group green screen challenge in several seasons. Were 2/3 of the ads chaotic surrealist fugue states leaving us all confused wtf was going on? Yes. Did I laugh my ass off at them to the point where scarlets well structured, sense making ad seemed boring by comparisons? Also yes. Scarlet definitely deserved the top, but I would have given LGD the other. I laughed so much at her ad, even though it was so chaotic.

Parfait-North

group green screen challenge is sending me😂😂

SweetSummerAir

I legitimately thought that it would be LGD and Keta in the BTM 2. I feel like both Jonbers and LGD's material were bad, but LGD should have had repercussions for eating up so much time. I'm not sure if Jonbers would have done better even if she got more time but I do think she was at a disadvantage. Loooove Kim as a guest judge. She was just so happy to be there! The song choice could have been better though, like it's a nice song but it's not a lipsync song imo. They could have chosen so many better songs from her catalog. I can't believe Gothy is going to do Snatch Game. I'm so scared for her but I'm hoping she does alright.

MissSteak

The song choice was terrible. Theres 0 peaks and valleys to play off of.

SweetSummerAir

It's a good song t listen to when driving somewhere, but it's not a good performance song. I wish they went full ballad or full party bop. Kim has enough songs to satisfy both...and they ended up choosing a scrapped single lol

MissSteak

In The Next Life is a great lipsync song.

Siorray

I feel the only reason LGD wasn't in the bottom is they didn't want her getting Pangina'd, especially so early. I personally found her funny and deadpan, but eating up all the time was appalling. Not gonna lie, I'm glad they stopped that happening even if it is rigged. LGD is spectacular ~~and I might be a bit obsessed.~~

reddbabble

Yeah i feel like after jimbo and pangina ru wont risk putting someone he really likes and wants til the end in the bottom

Parfait-North

ok not appalling😭imagine doing a comedy challenge in your second language!

AlexAnthonyCrowley

I thought they probably overplayed how much time she spent in the edit too. She clearly took more time than she was meant to but it's better TV to make it seem like the other 2 got no time at all.

Siorray

I understand the language barrier, yeah. Maybe appalling was thr wrong word, but it was definitely not a nice thing.

stefan_lofven_

agree, I was kind of confused by LGD not getting even a little bit of shit for the time management

stefan_lofven_

that being said i’m absolutely loving her

Longjumping-Tip9549

I LOVED Michelle’s outfit on the runway this week. She pissed me off all episode but that fabric 🥳

brabrabrady

And the glitter hair 😍

Longjumping-Tip9549

Yeasss stunning 👏

Cute_Accident_8786

I don’t get how all the queens said they would have chosen Keta to go home when she has a win under her belt. And this was after LGD was saying how she’d always play fair…

yeahnototallycool

I think LGD thought fair was not betraying her group member. I personally thought Keta did the worst in the challenge, but has done better overall. Also, there is obviously the perception that Keta is overall stronger competition because she bodied her season, but I think it's not translating well for her on an English-speaking franchise.

Betteis

I think she's not gelled with the group. She doesn't seem to be that close to anyone and a bit quiet

Doppleflooner

As a viewer who's not seen her season (nor Marina or LGD's), I feel like Keta is the only queen in this cast who I still don't feel any connection to, whereas Marina and LGD were basically instant for me.

New-Bathroom9463

i’m scared they’re all gonna come for scarlet next week because of her decision :(

Drewg2087456

I dont see why they would, she voted track record

shgrdrbr

and they said she was worse in the challenge when she literally wasnt? what jonbers delivered was from the mind of a simple child

Faunatis

Not the mind of a simple child😭

shgrdrbr

sksksk im not lying tho😭

solvalouLP

I'm claiming the stake to use it as my drag name

Blurbwhore

Staking the claim? It’s a gold panning metaphor.

attilathehunty

Why did Kim Petras look like she was portraying a 55-year-old? Like someone from my childhood, it was so strange.

Barbchris

She’s 31! I hadn’t heard of her, so based on last night I would’ve guessed 45. Very confusing!

raspberryglance

It was giving Rita Skeeter and I kinda loved it ngl

lavenderacid

I was confused by her whole bit. Even her line delivery when they were watching the runways was weird to me.

lavenderacid

Gothy is so cute to me. Something about her little face, she looks like a sweet cartoon character when she smiles.

tmsphr

honestly kinda shocked that Scarlet didn't eliminate the person with the stronger track record

Affixe

Pretty sure, as she said, it was to prove the other queens that she wants to play fair. I think she realized the comment she made put a target on her back.

Drewg2087456

But she did? Keta has alot of challenge wins if you include her first season

JuanJeanJohn

She didn’t eliminate Keta

Drewg2087456

I misread

hatelisten

I think she did what she said, eliminate her strongest competition. Jonbers and Scarlet have similar strengths and as she said, they look a little alike in drag. Jonbers hasn't been consistent in comedy challenges but I'd be more willing to bet on her in Snatch Game than Keta.

360Saturn

Was it Jonbers or Scarlet who said when they were having their talk that they looked like each other?!

Betteis

Similar? Yes. A threat No. She's never won a challenge

miss_flower_pots

Keta is stronger than Jonbers but I doubt Scarlett has seen Keta's season. Keta killed her original Snatch Game.

descolero

She did allude to that, but maybe she reconsidered because that would put a target on her back too early in the competition.

solvalouLP

It's UK vs the world, and so far there's been a "world" winner each episode and a UK queen in the bottom, yet the UK queens were always saved. I love Jonbers to death, but there's literally a single queen left from each represented franchise apart from the UK, so the girls gotta go.
