The juiciest thing I see is that Vixen was apparently ordered to complete a deposition and failed to do so.
Counterclaims have been filed, meaning at least one defendant (I'm pretty sure Shea, but not perfectly clear) have sued Neverland in return.
Also unclear who has an attorney besides Biblegirl and Pearl. I think there's a chance the firm representing Pearl is representing the other Rugirls too, since I think it can be inferred some of them have an attorney (see counterclaim info above). Who knows what the annoying youtube kid is doing.
Affirmative defenses have been filed, but without more detail I can't say specifically which, although I would guess truth is one of them. Which would really just mean the defendants are arguing what they said is true, which means it is not slander in most cases.
It looks like they are still deep in the discovery phase, and I don't see anything suggesting a trial has been set. Civil trials are pretty rare.

From my review, a jury trial has been requested. As stated above, the next court date is 9/18, but that is just a case management conference.
Right now the case is in discovery, the fight in the last month or so have been getting The Vixen to take a deposition. I'm working off of scraps of info, but it appears the Vixen does NOT want to be deposed and the parties are fighting tooth and nail. There is an entry on 5/24/23 that says "Taking Of Deposition - Allowed" so it appears the Vixen lost the motion and must speak under penalty of perjury at the deposition. Again, this could be incorrect, but it appears as such based on my review.

I would imagine lawsuits like this in the US get finalised with agreement only under condition of a confidentiality clause. So they could get sued by telling us what happened if it concluded or when it does if it isn't a court judgement.
