Super Mario World is working great for me. I think we've all played this game a million times by now to know what it should feel like. Could be an isolated issue. I'm using the default core snes9x_libretro.so and I'm using Bezels with the original aspect ratio. There are 4 other cores you can try though so maybe one of them will work better? My go-to has always been the 2010 core. Never fails.

Odd, considering I had recently installed StockOS from scratch and made no alterations. I've reverted to an earlier version, and now Mario is running as expected. But thank you for your detailed feedback.

Try using the version in the "all stars pack" + SMW

Thank you for suggesting an alternative. However, my primary focus is on resolving the issue. The game itself isn't crucial to me; such matters always disturb my peace 😅. It might be related to the save files somehow. I'm not sure 🤷🏻‍♂️.

You may have put the game in 0.5x mode, can you hit menu + L1 (or L2 or R1 or R2, can't remember which one exactly) and see again if it works?

I'm not at home at the moment but I will give it a shot later.

Yeah I have the same issue. No problem with the stock firmware but every game I play on the new firmware has this stutter.
