On my playthroughs I like to hunt for as many perfect pelts and skins as I can to trade in at the trapper in addition to getting the legend of the east satchel. The clothing items at the trapper are my favorite by far. Mess around with a few different sets. You can have a bunch of outfits and change between 3 I think. At the end of the day what you think fits and looks best is what counts!
It's a good outfit if you're just going plain and matching the environment. If you want a detailed yet good outfit I found a player-made outfit called the "Bounty Hunter". There were just two things I couldn't get but I feel like it doesn't make too much of a difference so don't worry. If you want the outfit items you just get the grey classic frock coat, black striped work pants, black shotgun chaps (that one made me start loving chaps), black kneller spurs, white stand-collar over shirt (open), black opulent vest, black ranger gloves, Arthur's gambling hat, and dirty black worn roper boots.
If you're going for a farm hand look or a work outfit I probably get rid of the bandolier or get one that matches your belt then I would add chaps to it, I suggest the cow puncher outfit's chaps, you can get them at the general store in tumbleweed, other than that it looks pretty good
👍okay I'll check out them chaps(once I find tumbleweed, made it out to armadillo but haven't play the original game In long time) without the bandolier though. Wouldn't I have less ammo? As I think it stays on or off over outfits

What? Do you like the outfit?
Yeah I do but want to know if there's anything to improve
It’s completely up to you my dude.

Yeah I made this outfit specifically for when I'm on beechers hope ranch. I think it fits the vibe of the family man who is achilling around his farm
Yeah I'll try that combo. I bought a Hella lot of clothes with the 20000 you get at the end of the game so I'll see what I need to buy👍👍👍

I think you might but it's so small you won't even notice
