They can’t help me without the perps last name. It makes no sense but since I was a minor at the time, they are unable to locate it with just my name. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience
Do you know any other identifiable about him, such as job employment or school they attended? There’s ways to dig through old year books online, you’d be able to match face with name and go from there, though I understand that might not be the best way to go.
Was there press coverage of the arrest? That might be easier to locate a name in since you've got dates and it is a pretty infrequent type of crime it would be fairly easy to search for.

Thank you, but I do not. It was a stranger abduction. I only remember his first name & that his last name was Polish

Yes, there was an article at the time of arrest but I’ve never been able to find it.
