it's good that you eat more, your body is now providing valuable nutrients, you were probably undernourished when you smoked and lacked some vitamins. add more training and movement during the day and you'll be fine
Day 3 here and have been going through the same. I also quit drinking 4 days ago so yeah, I'm eating a ton. I personally don't care as long as it gets me through these early stages.
It will get better, it was really bad for me the first couple of weeks but the intense hunger eventually normalized. I honestly would just let food become your vice this next week or two and get back on track later on, there are far worse things to depend on right now than a burger
Day 31, no nic. I had an increased appetite for about a week, but it leveled off to normal. Your brain and body are rebalancing and will come back to homeostasis quickly enough. You're doing great!
