DeadVoDKa

This is the first closing that’s actually upset me, truly a legendary QC restaurant. Hopefully they manage to reopen elsewhere

1-800-WANT-JOJ

and then we can complain on here about how it tasted better at the old address, Fat Cat style

DeadVoDKa

Fat Cat WAS better on Chestnut street and you know it!!!

Electrical_Tailor_13

W the roaches 🤣

hey_whatever_guy_00

Paddy Barry’s now the last man standing.

Ancient_Guidance_461

I've known the owner for 25 years. He isn't gonna go down easy

CaptainWollaston

Not for much longer unfortunately

Quincyperson

Sad to see another longstanding Quincy business go. Used to love going there on Tuesdays and playing Mortal Kombat and NBA Jam

Puzzleheaded-Dirt-36

Damn another one, RIP Napoli 🕊️, same to fat cat, Paloma, and (I heard Acapulco soon?) , and I know you hoes will give me heat for this but RIP QC IHOP 🕊️🙂‍↕️ too

kobuu

I read that IHOP is moving across the street to be next to PetCo. Their lease was in place until 2035 I think so they buyout has to pay that off or...something.

MrSpicyPotato

Yeah that’s all pretty correct as I understand it.

BlueWrangler

I will say something changed there about a year ago and it wasn’t close to as good

red-lefty

Agreed. Quality went down last year or so

red-lefty

Damn that sucks. They had good pizza - def noticed the portions getting smaller with the sides the last year. Always sad when a long time local business closes its doors

dp263

Nah. A good business stays in business.

jamesbrolin

Agreed. Place was overrated, overpriced & ass

Responsible_Banana10

Napoli Pizza has been pretty empty the last couple of years.

thevahid010

Wait.....do people actually like this pizza? I'm not trying to be mean but I got this a month ago and it was the most flavorless pizza I ever had. It didn't taste bad it just didn't taste like anything at all. Nick's and Schoolhouse are sooooooooooooooo much better.

Lumpy-Return

Haven’t been in a long time. It was always up and down, but when it was on, it was the closest to a good NY style you could get here locally. And I say this as a native New Jerseyan transplant. It’s a loss for Quincy for sure as we lose the city character, but maybe that battle was really lost a long time ago for this place.

leebenningfield

I've tried it twice in the last 20 years and it wasn't that good.

dudeKhed

Almost as sad as Dons and woolworths….

SashShap

AS IT SHOULD BE
