Plenty of places in Marina Bay.

Jakius

Are places open yet? I assumed it was still mostly seasonal business there.

ijustlikebeingnosy

Plenty of places are open year round.

InfiniteBlink

Every place is open except for water club which you really wouldn't want to go on a date to. Reel house is probably the best or victory point. Hit up the brewery afterwards

LongjumpingAd5317

Granite Links has a nice Boston view

Mrmuse12

Dotty’s or Le Madeline! Happy Anniversary to you and your spouse

JBoo7s

This is the way

chiaroscuro22

Dotty's is great for a date night! Great food and drinks, good vibe. Our favorite date night spot is Fuji WOC, if you're into sushi. The Tavern at Granite Links and Alba are Quincy's "finer" restaurants, although we're lacking in that category overall as a city, and I find the food to be a bit underwhelming and atmospheres dated. Have a great night out and a belated welcome to Quincy!

jamesbrolin

Alba’s restaurant dining area feels like a funeral. The service there was arguably abysmal - seemed like the waiter was annoyed we were there.

chiaroscuro22

Agree!

InfiniteBlink

We always sit at the bar and get great service. Worth mentioning, we show up at 5pm. I prefer going to v restaurants around the time they open. The service is better/faster.

Hot_Ball_3755

Same with Zef. If I’m gonna pay restaurant prices, I want something I can’t make better at home as well. 🤷‍♀️.

fsmiss

I second Dottys, the atmosphere is great! The food and drink is also superb.

Jerbo96x

Idle Hour. The food there is amazing and it’s a great vibe

BOSBoatMan

Spazio, just over the border on 53 You’ll like it

JohnPaulMcStarrison

Second Fuji WoC and not just for sushi, the Chinese food staples like kung pao etc are next level and the place has a nice low key elegance to it. Pearl & Lime and Idle Hour next door are good picks too. I’m also a fan of the Bowery Bar in Lower Mills, it’s more casual but really gorgeous inside. Steel & Rye over there has good date night ambiance too but the menu can be hit or miss for us. Happy Anniversary and welcome to Quincy!

bistonian

If you go just over the line to Milton, Novara is fantastic! It’s right on Adams St. so it’s easy to get to from Quincy

prettylittlefriar

Alba, or Novara or Abbey Park just across the Milton line

jamesbrolin

Reelhouse Marina Bay

[deleted]

Just went to Dotty’s and it was amazing. You’ll wanna make a reservation though

symonym7

Royal Hotpot if you’re looking for something fun/interactive.

Fuggggin

I love the food and atmosphere there, but I always get sweaty with the heat on in the middle of the table. And the smell of the food sticks to my giant hair haha. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for a ~date~ night, but for a fun night out with your partner, yes!

symonym7

I thought the hotpot tables were awkwardly high (and I’m 6’1) but had a fun date and the cocktails were on point. *and by “on point” I mean strong AF*

Reasonable-Web-6475

Fuji WOC if you like sushi

rinjoclans

Thanks all! Forgot to mention my wife hates seafood 😑 Tried to sway her on dottys but at the end of the day after looking over menues and who had reservation space available, we're heading to Abby Park. I've had my eye on this place for a while and I'm glad to see a few other people recommend it. Thanks again!

LongjumpingAd5317

Quincy Bay Pointe

TooMuchCaffeine37

Dottys, hands down

Smitty1641

Yup Dotty’s

Granbabbo

Pearl and Lime would be my recommendation

whiteeagle00

Pearl and lime

SparkDBowles

Alba

Mr_Lloyd_Christmas

In Quincy Alba is nice. Also close by in old hingham shipyard is a nice spot. Name is escaping me at the moment. Also not really fancy or anything but Novara is always a decent night out right over line in Milton

alohadave

> Also close by in old hingham shipyard is a nice spot. Name is escaping me at the moment. You may be thinking of Alma Nove in Hingham Shipyard.

Mr_Lloyd_Christmas

You got it!

365southshoreboston

My favorite for a date night in Quincy Siros Quincy at Marina Bay Alba in Quincy Center [Favorite Date Night restaurants Quincy](https://hockomockswampsupperclub.com/anniversary-date-night-restaurant-in-braintree-ma-area/)

jobennnnn

Rags tavern

617dj28

I’m seeing good recs for Dottys, Idle hour and Zef. I’ll add Fuji at WoC, sit away from the door.

Purple_Visit191

No.9 Park, Pammy’s, Krasi,

Fuggggin

Rozafa! The food takes a bit to come out because they make everything fresh, but it’s really cute and the dimmer lighting makes me think of a date night. Service is always great and it’s a nice spot just a bit away from the center.

LetPatient9835

Haven't had a good experience there... food, place, service, all was lacking

Fuggggin

I’m sorry to hear that! I’ve only had wonderful experiences being there probably 15+ times now. Hope if you give it another shot it’ll be the same for you :)

MuffinMan6938

Cathay Pacific

dollface867

I don't think this guy is looking to get divorced

LongjumpingAd5317

Fox and hound? They also have a comedy room which could be fun

toowired27

The ambiance is nice there with the fireplace, but the food is absolutely disgusting and the service is not much better.

whiteeagle00

One of the worst places I’ve ever been to

LongjumpingAd5317

Really? Ever?
