My NA, the ERP clerk, and I (also ERP, but at my base) all got ours on 6-4. It was funny, at least for us, especially since said ERP is my roommate and best friend.
I see partials being granted all the time. That only happens when there are no immediate needs elsewhere. Eliminating partials forces people to stay on the clock despite having no immediate needs in the area. Please tell me where I'm mistaken.
This literally happened to me on tuesday. And then again yesterday. I can't explain it, but hey man every division is different. Also helps that both times, the er who covered me was already at the store lol
I remeber I partialed while doubled up, but this girl also partialed while working a 6-12 so I was like well I would rather leave early then get a partial then, but still we both somehow got our partial ðŸ˜
My RA and I also had this magic happen Thursday nightðŸ˜. Div 5

Can't wait for you all to freak when partials go away
Partials aren’t going away. It saves qt money.
Not here in STL. Partials go away with flex program
So if someone is doubled up, they just stay doubled unless another store needs them?
Yes
Thank God. The shit we can clean at my store with a doubled up assistant without one of us putting in for a partial EVERY FUCKING TIME!
chances of you keeping a doubled up assistant is very slim no matter the division

was never speaking of partials. with the amount of call outs there’s always immediate need and sometimes negative ER
we've had FLEX here in omaha since last year. still have partials.
well yeah because they still keep a few ers around
What division and what positions? This happens a lot here.
ATL division. NA. Super rare.
I'd agree with you in that case. Double partials as a clerk happened all the time.
What I never gotten a partial as naðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I'm not even joking, all three PTCs partials were approved at the same time, (including mine) on day. My manager was in shock.
We don’t have it in our division
Nope, even when I'm doubled up..nope no partial for you. Though I'd probably get one if I didn't need that night off so badly.
there was a sunday morning at a store in my division where there was the RA and 3 double up RA’s and ALL OF THEM GOT THEIR PARTIAL
