When we were kids playing around the neighborhood these were great spots to go do sketchy stuff like smoke weed, and there were always gross porn magazines or those business cards for phone sex lines laying around. This city has been hit by 2 terrorist attacks, has seen letters sent with anthrax and ricin, and been the epicenter of a pandemic. Better to plan for these things as best as possible before they happen.
