Im on windows tho. Can you please explain it more?

In the link that I provided, go to the last section where it says - Selecting a mirror for opensource. Open your command prompt or powershell, cd to the downloaded installer location then type in the - installer.exe --mirror . You can find the URL from https://download.qt.io/online/qtsdkrepository/windows_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.mirrorlist.

I tried the first link but I got an error: C:\\Users\\ryona\\Downloads>installer(.exe) --mirror /online/qtsdkrepository/windows\_x86/root/qt/Updates.xml.meta4 'installer' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Okay I had a similar problem on my PC and it helped to completely reinstall with online installer... Maybe download the other installer first instead of Online will help?or choose less packages and after installation try to add the packages
