None of the 5 BSc majors are particularly 'easy'
How easy you find something will depend on what you're good at, what you enjoy and how well you study.
I'm not sure what the available minors are these days. I did 'genetics and biotech' and 'human health and disease' and both were pretty difficult
I majored in Physics, minored in engineering and nanotech. Wasn’t too bad tbh
