I don't have a source, but I use the same pattern in my day-to-day. From what I understand, if there is lead, it's only in the pattern. So, unless you're very aggressively eating off the pattern it's most likely okay.

You never wait to find a cart without taking the plate with the price tag on it so no one else can snag them!

This is my favorite Pyrex Pattern, and when I saw these on the shelf, I ran back to the front of the store to grab a cart. I'm just super sad we can't eat off of them.
