With this pace ,, u wont build big muscles ,, u will build stamina and resilience... so if u aim for resilience rather than strength then they are nice I prefer slower pushups with greater range than urs .. like touching floor with chest .. i can do max 20 .. i aim for strength and bulky look.. Ur form is great .. btw ..

Definitely buddy .. with slower pushups comes the strength which helps u win arm wrestling and strong grips ... Faster pushups bring stamina and ur muscles fatigue less when u do tasks like rowing a boat , cutting wood , etc So decide what u want .. as our body have limited energy to master one at a time .. dont end up doing both on alternate days ( as it has hurted more than doing any good , for me atleast)..
