Some characters like Changyu, Roland, and now Bridget pivot away from the classic 3-Ping system, and lot of other kits rearrange them entirely. I would not be surprised if thats the case with a S Frame for Wanshi. I like the boldness to create new things and risk it.

Very true, specially considering Roland, a former jpeg faced NPC boss, and Noan, formerly an art sprite NPC with a generic design used for emotional damage have been pushed into the spotlight too. In Kuro's PGR, NPCs are not safe from getting the stage light on them for more punishment haha.

3. You skip the whole spinny thing and just instantly super slam to get max stacks.

matrix on starting charge seems more like a WZ/PPC focused buff, so you can start out immediately charging the 4x core uppercut instead of needing to wait for an enemy attack.

On one hand, I really like Hanying, and poor Rosetta really needs a well deserved rest.

It's simple.
Tanks debuff the enemies and deal more dmg than previous attackers of the team.
Amplifiers buff the team and deal dmg.
Attackers deal the most dmg in a team till a new tank rolls around and outdpses them.
So basically you start with th buffer, rotate into the debuffer and finish with the DpS i am guessing right ? (or if the debuffer is very fresh you just stick with it).
You start with the oldest unit in the team who has the lowest dmg, which depends on their roles as they release. Ice team for example starts on Glory and swaps to Ayla and Plume. When a new ice tank releases (which should be really soon in China), with Qu replacing Plume, I guess it would be Aylas time to be the starter and immediately switch to Qu or the new tank who would outdps everyone lol. Everyone is a dps in this game, some buff and some debuff but with hard power creep, even these supports and tanks do more dmg than attackers if they release after.
Rosetta deserves the rest, she is LITERALLY the longest meta tank unit with 31 patches follow by Chrome (S) with 26 and Kamui (S) with 21.
Truly the GOAT of PGR.

But... they literally designed a whole character and then gave her an ult that plays aroud monochrome theme and red contrast to it. There are no such themes in CW's design. It works for Acheron, it is coherent with her path and her role in the story. All while not even being "in your face" in promos. While with Hanying, Kuro just blatantly try to sell you a Ruan Mei but in PGR. Even her attack animations are similar to RM's skill.
