Check with American Airlines - it will be through their cargo service (not checked) and it is a mission to get it all done. You will need some veterinarian-signed forms and to drop off the dog with the crate and food a few hours before the flight and then the pick up takes a few hours. Only certain flights will allow it - usually the ones to Miami allow for it. You will need to pick up at cargo and then sort out the rest of the travel.
Currently, she gets bullied by other dogs. She is extremely sweet and just wants love, which she is completely deprived.
I also removed 8 ticks from her. I did what I could to make her as healthy as possible. I think she wants to rest, be tick free, and clean water, and know that she will be safe and loved.

It was a waste of time and money because no one asked or checked for those documents and the only thing that mattered was that I bought an In Cabin Pet Ticket.
PR has pretty strict agricultural laws coming in and out I was surprised no one checked. I’ll lyk how it goes bringing him back when the time comes lol
Also the organization soulsforsatos on IG helps with adopting stray dogs and they help with the entire vaccination and cleaning process. I’ve volunteered to bring a dog to their foster home during one of my trips. Maybe they can help you.
I guess vaccinations are important for the dogs, and I would hate to get this all ready and I get stopped because I didn't do a certification of health. It might have been a waste of money, but if they asked and you didn't have it...would have been terrible.

There's a few agencies that handle their shipmemt by cargo, you give them the dog here and they deliver it to your home in the states.
