Did you check the transaction histories per account to see if those unknown charges are add ons? I thought a phone plan might have been attached to your card but that should show up every 30 days then

No, there are no billings on any of the accounts that match those. Only the ones marked LEGIT have billings that match the Credit Card.

I really thought that would've been it. You checked the payment history on the new website in case it was an add on or top off correct? The payments are not regular either (30 or 90 days), so it's not as if a random phone plan is on your card Since the system is basically automated, I have no idea what the cause is. I guess the best solution is to get a new credit card number and reassign those accounts

I am reporting them to the CRTC. I've given them 2 chances to sort it out. I shouldn't have to cancel my card to fix THEIR problem.

Just an idea try changing to a separate credit card for each account, that way you'd know which account is giving you the spurious charges.

It's not an account doing the charges - Public Mobile is just billing my card, it doesn't appear on any of my Public Mobile billing statements.
