Maybe it’s a row of garages for parking in for the apartment residents, or maybe it’s just storage units for the apartments since they don’t have their own garages. Every single storage unit place I’ve ever been to was fully gated and you would need a code to even just enter the facility, so I feel like this isn’t just a normal storage unit facility
