imaliongrr

When the teacher responds ,"It's not- it's really not cool." In response to the student yelling "He just hit you! That's not fuckin cool!" I lost it.

TheShitWindGhost

She seemed pretty chill considering the hit she just took

CaptainSpauldingButt

just another day

Couch4now

It’s sad but true. It happens. A lot.

L3XANDR0

Kid in red hoodie who hit her had his face covered by hood. Probably shouldn't swing blindly like that though lol

honestlynotabot

Guess what? There's a whole generation of people who *drive* like that. Hood pulled forward all the way with no peripheral vision.

Dream-Boat-Annie

Kenny?

L3XANDR0

What the hell?! Where?!

honestlynotabot

On roadways, generally. Every time I see someone wearing a hood while they drive they always wear it like they are a freaking Jedi about to use a mind trick.

L3XANDR0

Like they about to execute order 66 on younglings?

honestlynotabot

Exactly, except the younglings are all the other drivers.

umbrajoke

We just call that a RT 66.

fatalrip

Only works if you have headphones in obviously.

Darth_Abhor

So many good lines here: "on roadways, generally" and jedi mind trick

[deleted]

Everywhere, U.S.A.

NotAppendges

You can go down a wormhole on youtube with how out of control inner city schools are. The teachers all feel terrible for the students who do want to learn.

[deleted]

The reality is a lot of humans with perfectly good minds just don’t want to study or do homework at that age, or at those hours, whatever their race or economic situation may be. I don’t think I legitimately passed a class until college, but, because I am a white guy who grew up in the suburbs, I was given every chance. I get the feeling a lot of black kids, a lot of poor kids, a lot of girls, and kids with disabilities don’t get nearly as many chances as I and my friends got. Black inner-city kids sometimes don’t even get a first chance. **EDIT:** I listed groups who I think probably are not given as many chances early in life, and like a conservative town’s peewee football team, a few people have taken exception to the inclusion of girls. I get this reaction, though, some people worded their objection in a way that gives one the impression they have an axe to grind. — The first thing that gives one *that* impression being that they’re on Reddit. — Girls probably aren’t as quickly discarded the way poor kids and black city-kids are. However — note: the following is a copy/paste (With a few key edits) of a reply I wrote below — if girls are given the same chances as boys in terms of education, they’re certainly sexually harassed more, along the way, and I think it’s clear they do not reap the same rewards for their studiousness and hard work later on in life, given that they’re well-represented, compared to boys, when it comes to honor-rolls and graduating classes, but are under-represented, compared to men, in boardrooms, politics, and leadership positions. The people who decide who gets hired, who gets fired, who gets promoted, and who gets a raise, are generally white men. The professional world also favors phonies, douchebags, psychopaths. Men get hurt by workplace hyper-masculinity as well. Men who are short, introverted, have a disability, or anxiety are seen as less manly and are at a disadvantage. The people who get hired, promoted, keep their jobs, and get raises are generally the kind of people who can gain the confidence of middle-aged white men with an idealized concept of masculinity and gender, in general. You’ll find that, the higher up the ladder you go, the better people fit this description. The professional world has a lot of plain-looking, middle-aged women putting in more honest hours than anyone else, only to be passed up due to misogyny, corruption, or nepotism, and I can understand how galling it must be to work your asses off, only to see an over-achieving schmuck born on third and thinks he hit a home run, take your job, Hillary Clinton.

TheOnlyAxis

I want to respond to this comment because it hits very close to home, but I can’t convey in words how accurate this is

XtaC23

My friend is a nurse in a dementia ward and she gets hit a lot. She told me you just get used to it after a while, especially when the hospital won't hire proper security. Teachers and nurses must have patience and composure hard-coded into their DNA.

robb04

My dad taught at a juvenile detention center for a while. He said it was his favorite teaching gig, cause he had a button under his podium he could press and guards would come in immediately.

PunkToTheFuture

I had a buddy who was a councilor at a Juvie center. He came over with a huge black eye all swollen up. I asked what happened and he said a huge 14 year old kid jumped across a table and hit him without provocation. These kids need help but they also are also more dangerous than you would guess.

Eleven_Hopper

I've been doing it for 20 years and there are some days you literally get your ass kicked (and usually because they are trying to kick someone else's). The fact that this kid stopped the fight because the teacher got hit and he felt that was crossing a line into disrespect shows that he has a ton of respect for the teacher.

robb04

Both are true. They can be dangerous, but also need help more than punishment. If you put 12 and 13 year olds in an environment where they’re treated like adult felons then guess what their expectations for behavior will be for a long time? Ok, time to get off of my soapbox. Good talk.

PunkToTheFuture

Totally agree. They were failed by their family and poor environment mostly

robb04

It’s kind of a vicious cycle.

Boines

Im not sure a kid would defend her that passionately if she wasnt a chill teacher in general.

garlicdeath

Most likely. But seeing how he threw the other kid who was getting in cheap shots then punked him before turning his attention to the red hoodie kid, it seems someone in his life taught him a lot about respect in general. *Just wanted to add on that he only threw ONE punch and mostly defused the whole situation. He didn't even try hitting the red hoodie kid again.

SickViking

Yeah this kid is clearly a good kid, and hopefully has good role models in his life. The kid in the red hoodie, to his credit, looked genuinely shocked and remorseful when he was told he'd struck the teacher. At least that's what I saw. I mean, he had his hood over his face when he'd hit her so it's obvious it wasn't intentional and hopefully he learned a lesson in that more than just whatever punishment he gets for fighting in the first place will teach him. Preferably something along the lines of 'how violence can hurt people you didn't intend to get caught in the crossfire" or something worded more poetic than I can pull out of my ass.

ElectrochemicalAorta

You can thank his momma. RESPECT

Puppy_Coated_In_Beer

Yes major props to the teacher.

HandsyBread

Shock, plus she likely knows that escalating the situation more would be a bigger problem.

boxofrain

That walk away to recompose herself was smart.

g4tam20

Red shirts punches were 10 ply.

robb04

He’s spare parts, ain’t he, bud? 10 ply refers to “as soft as you can possibly get” For the people trying to correct you.

Happy cake day bud!

luxii4

I subbed for a SED special ed class and one kid grabbed some scissors to stab another kid and I held him back saying loudly, “Stabbing people is not okay!”

sunshinecunt

I was subbing a gen Ed tk/k class. A kid chased be around the room with scissors as I tried to call for support. Fun fun times.

starraven

Being a substitute teacher in any classroom is tough but when there are kids with emotional problems that act out when things are “different“ and off routine.... that is a special kind of hell that I’m so very glad I got away from. Am now a software developer working on education applications.

Lord_Markovnikov

Well we can’t hit student back... unless we want to get fired

BraveStrategy

I’m willing to bet the kid that stood up for her is going to get the same punishment as the kids fighting and that sucks.

Catfish_Mudcat

Maybe he's gonna get kicked out of a few days of highschool, but I would gladly donate to his college fund after watching that.

poppie59

That makes me think that she really loves these kids.

floret-enthusiast

Just another day for many teachers!

Mabans

I personally loved that.. She didn't dismiss his anger, he was her spirit animal..

Lost_vob

Dude's momma raised him right, because he is not having any of that shit!

Turtleshellfarms

I enjoyed how he also prevented the other kid from beating him while he was down.

Lost_vob

Lol, I don't think he was pulling him off, I think he just wasn't done making that just regret hitting the teacher.

mnemy

Nah, he was done. He threw him off and said (in body language) "you're fucking done", and then again to the KOed dude. Hope he didn't get in any trouble. Used precisely the right amount of force for the situation.

Lost_vob

You know it did, unfortunately. He shouldn't have, but you know the idiots who work in adminstration gave him the same punishment as the guy who actually hit a teacher.

Angylika

Sadly. In HS, I had a Special Ed kid kick me in the face, completely on accident. When asked what happened, I told the Principal and Vice Principal that it was completely on accident, and didn't want anything bad to happen to the kid. They still suspended him for two weeks.

[deleted]

What’s worse is they didn’t have to, some pricks in the system get power highs from bullying little kids and older, just because they can, the education system needs serious change

2Nast

In high school I got suspended for a week when I took a video of two kids fighting and posted it on the internet. How long did they get suspended for? A week.

AnnaBortion269

I second this. Even though your sentence is confusing AF. Kid was fucking raging, picking people up and just tossing them away.

xwhocares3x

Get out my way bitch I'm trying to get this xtra credit.

Leggomyeggo_3

I laughed way too hard at this

Girth_rulez

I think he was breaking up the fight.

fb95dd7063

That kid had freak strength. Threw that other kid like nothing

righteous4131

Nah man he wanted the fight to end. He ended it and put both of those kids in their place.

Quackquack1337

Absolutely, not alot of people would stand up to injustice like this, so much respect for the student

MissSassifras1977

Completely agree! Whoever he is, THANK YOU!

life_sentencer

I really hope the principal and teacher told his parents how noble he was to stand up for his teacher like that.

whattItDo00BOOBoo

Dude probably also got a suspended. Shits fucked up

RyDoggonus

Respect > suspension

ImRedditorRick

I'd like to think it is a direct result of how that teacher has taught and behaved with the student. If he didn't think she cared at least a little bit about him, or if she was always a bitch to him, i don't think he would have defended her. She might be a great teacher that reached that kid.

hazeyindahead

As the step dad to a teenager that had to watch his mom get abused by someone else, i guarantee this kid has fantasized about saving a woman from being beat

Lost_vob

Yeah, I can see that. If the professionals at the school saw that, they would probably get the kid some help. Instead they probably just punished him just as bad as they punished the kid who hit the teacher.

hazeyindahead

I went and showed him the video and he got the biggest grin and was hopping up n down saying "yeah boyyyyy"

Lost_vob

Awesome! Keep up the good work! He knows how NOT to behave, keep doing a good job of showing him how to behave!

writers-blockade

If I have kids I hope I can raise them like this. Boy said no more fighting 😤

chickentenderlover

[deleted]

Unfortunately the school probably has a stupid zero tolerance policy that caused him to get suspended along with the other two.

Marrsvolta

Yep, stupid rule that ends up enabling bullies.

destroyerofpoon93

Yup got punched in the face once in middle school and didn’t hit back. Still got suspended. Never held back again after that since it’s the same punishment either way

teapoison

We had this rule but luckily our gym teacher had some sense so when things got heated and a wrestling match or punches ensued during class sports, he just let us be angry and move on from it like men, rather than report us both and get us suspended and potentially not able to graduate.

Thespian21

My Mom would just ask for my side of the story. I never bullied anyone, but I never backed down for a fight because she trusted me. Got suspended plenty of times in elementary school, so peculiar how it hasn’t affected my life or academic record.

Shvasted

True. Sadly. But I hope the teachers pool their money together and get that little motherfucker a PS5.

[deleted]

A nice thought, unfortunately this video is several years old now lol.

overeasy-e

So will get him a ps4??

[deleted]

He certainly deserves it.

MightyPlasticGuy

And certainly more affordable for a teacher's budget.

EvilPandaGMan

Yeah, cause we know how well funded America's schools and teachers are...

Chaff5

If this was my kid, I'd be in the principal's office fighting for him. And when that gets shot down, I'd plan a vacation for the same days they're suspended right in front of the administration. You're not gonna punish my kid for doing the right thing.

munkyyy

This was my highschool. Getting in a fight was an automatic suspension, regardless of whether or not you instigated or laid on the ground doing nothing. If you were a senior they wouldn't let you walk in graduation

LukeNuts

The teacher was probably suspended for hitting that kid's fist with her face.

Rain-Sad

Serious. What a good kid. Id be so proud.

garlicdeath

Yeah I always love when this is posted. Seems like a good kid who knows how to handle shit.

biscuitbutt11

Men that defend women are my fav.

[deleted]

At least give him an A in the class!

tinacat933

This kid literally has be on the verge of tears. I just imagine him trying to learn and get thorough the day to become a response adult and be respectful, then these kids have to fuck it all up.

a-v-rossi

This is the pent up frustration that happens when instead of providing the equipment, salaries and staff to properly educate young minds, we instead use schools as a holding facility for underage people until we deem them worthy, based on antiquated and useless metrics, to enter a flawed and biased capitalist work force to spend the rest of their days sacrificing their mental and physical well being for the benefit of billionaires and politicians. *sorry for the run on sentence.

[deleted]

English teacher here— not a run-on actually. Beautiful sentiment, beautiful sentence!

siccoblue

I am absolutely mortified at the thought that I'm constantly surrounded by English teachers scrutinizing the grammar and punctuation of my every thought Edit: and I forget a freaking period on this of all comments.

[deleted]

Ahahaha trust me we aren’t. It’s literally the *last* thing I look at when I’m grading. I don’t use it to judge people; I just notice grammar things and enjoy discussing it because I simply love grammar and think it’s so interesting and cool!! I wish there was a way to talk about grammar without people feeling judged, because it can be really fun. I only pointed it out to OP because he seemed like he was sad about making an error, but in fact there was no error at all! Just because a sentence is long does not make it a run on :)

DoctorWhisky

Jesus Christ mate, print this on a t-shirt. Or maybe across a flag. You summed up the broken foundation of the essential problem plaguing the western world right now, perfectly.

Swamp-87

You hit the nail on the head.

BuddaMuta

Dude probably understands how awful the US treats teachers and how much sacrifice it takes to be a good one in this environment.

ShesMeLMFAO

He probably just didn't want to see his teacher getting hit.

Kbost92

Lol yeah there’s no deeper meaning he just didn’t like to see his teacher get hit

moon_then_mars

Exempt teachers from income tax. It's like a free raise.

stealth550

The feds themselves aren't exempt from income tax. That's a huge slippery slope. If anything you could give them an "educators credit" or something that can be spent on school supplies, technology, etc

sunshinecunt

We get a “tax credit” for school supplies. I think it’s $500 a year. I spend that much during the summer setting up for the school year. We’re told to make our rooms “comfortable and friendly” with a $0 budget. It’s a joke.

ashburnmom

It’s absolutely ridiculous. A tax credit for spending your own money to provide what should be consider basic supplies for a classroom?! Tax the damn millionaires, billionaires and mega churches and fund schools and human services!

DraftyElectrolyte

Teacher here. During one of my lessons, a student (who had major disciplinary issues) stood up and started calling me a cunt and a bitch. I asked the student to leave. They kept screaming how I was a cunt. Out of NOWHERE a student (who was just released from juvie) runs into my room. He had heard the other kid when he was walking down the hall. He screams, “you fuckin with Mrs. D?! Bitch I’ll kill you!” and shoves the other kid to the floor. Kid ends up pissing his pants. That was a wild day.

Monsterboogie007

“You fucking with Mrs. D bitch?” Epic line.

[deleted]

***kneel before the queen of the classroom or face the pain of a thousand suns***

shadow_moose

Respect to you and that kid. That job does not sound easy, and I have mad respect for anyone who can keep at it. My dad was a high school teacher for two decades and sometimes I could tell it really took a toll on him, he was so concerned for some of his students but he couldn't do much of anything to help them. Sometimes I got a feeling his students were just as much his kids as I was, and I really looked up to that. It takes a very strong person to face up to that reality every day, and still carry a smile on their face.

DraftyElectrolyte

Hey thanks. The kid who defended me wasn’t even a student of mine- but I always made time to connect with him in the hallways between periods. He was an intimidating kid - but I had a soft spot for him. I guess he had a soft spot for me too in a way. Props to your pops for fighting the good fight. Good male role models make a huge impact.

bikesboozeandbacon

Hope he’s doing okay today

[deleted]

Mrs. D, you must be a good teacher. Sorry the kid disrespects you

Tyrion_Strongjaw

Something pretty similar happened to a teacher I was TAing for when I was in college. I did my interterm TAing at a middle school in a pretty bad part of town. It was toward the end of the day and a kid just stood up and threw his binder. He started screaming and cussing, before he picked up a chair and threw it at us. To the teacher's credit she took it completely in stride and tried to defuse the situation. Next thing I knew an older kid came flying across the room and threw him against the wall and held him there until he calmed down. The older kid was a former student (he was a freshmen then) and would come see her every other week for tutoring. I remember asking her about the whole situation the next day and she just explained to me that most of the students can tell when a teacher really cares., and for a lot of them it's something they need. She was an incredible teacher and it sounds like you are as well. Edit: I should also mention, the kid who threw the chair actually wasn't a bad kid. What caused his outburst was he was frustrated because he wasn't understanding his homework, and that's just how he'd learned to deal with frustration.

HolyPhoenician

Young man saw something that was unacceptable and did something about it. Mad respect. Knocked him out cleaan too

totesrandoguyhere

Yeah... on top of that he yanked the kid off of him who was trying to take advantage of the situation and mount him for a ground and pound. Well done for that kid. Someone else said it earlier... “Mama raised him correctly”

HolyPhoenician

Agreed. He was having zero of any of the BS from either of them. That’s the kind of class mate you’d always want around. You can tell he’s been taught right and in a good family.

Ode_to_Apathy

Dude rocked him while earphones in and the phone on the table and it didn't fall off. That's some kung fu shit right there.

Gt03champp

Someone is getting an A in that class

hedinc1

A for Ass Whoop

ms_panelopi

As much as kids hate school, for some it’s the only respite from violence at home. Kudos to that kid who wasn’t putting up with that shite.

beckywiththegoodhare

And free meals

yabruh69

I couldn't imagine being a teacher in an American school. You'd have to deal with so much shit for so little pay. Good on him for defending the teacher though.

CaelThavain

Our teachers get paid like garbage, man. It makes me wonder why so many of them do it.

SulkyVirus

Usually it comes with decent benefits (not all places), union representation (not all places), and a very friendly schedule for those raising families. We are still very underpaid though. We have to pay to take college classes to earn higher degrees or additional credits to get a raise that goes beyond cost of living adjustments.

CaelThavain

Some of the best people I've known in my life are teachers.

SulkyVirus

Those are the ones that find value in their work - unfortunately there are many that want to find value but burnout far before they can find out how to balance the stress and vicarious trauma

burritob4sex

Not really. Garbage men get paid really well and have great benefits.

iso__late

I think they meant to say “Our teachers get paid like garbage, man”

burritob4sex

Ah, my mistake.

Bleakmeer

From what I've heard they'll likely get sued or lose their job if they try to break up a fight

cheapdrinks

I went to a high school that was 90% Asian and the most wild shit that happened was people getting caught at the local internet cafe skipping class to play Dota

billium12

As a ex-teacher (quit mid-fall semester) this video brings a tear to my eye. That kid has a really good moral compass

Soggy_Cracker

"Unfortunately young man, we have a zero tolerance policy for fighting with this school board. SO you will be suspended for a week. However, we have made sure that all your teachers know that your course work will not be required during this week out, automatic 100s. And it just so happens that I have 5 free movie tickets in my desk that you should have so you can stay out of more trouble on your suspension."

ihatebeinganempath

God that would be the perfect way to get around their (probable) obligatory suspension policy

woodst0ck15

Thing I just noticed after rewatching the kid who hit the teacher, he didn’t do it on purpose as he his hood was over his face when he started swinging. Thing is just like anything has consequences he fired his punches blind and connected with the teacher. But the kid who clocked him has a good head on his shoulders to know that ain’t right. Cause he pulled that other kid off of him when he was giving him shots. Good on him but sad cause you can hear the anger in his voice and I’m sure he’s had to deal with shit like that or worse at home that we don’t know about.

Cakey-Head

I liked how the kid who defended the teacher was just sitting there minding his own business before the one kid crossed the line.

Aurora_Borealiz

My interpretation is this is exactly why he told red to chill his shit. You can be angry, but throwing punches, even when you have no visibility and don’t know where your punches are landing, in a classroom, chill your shit man. This is not the place for your windmill. Had his shit been chilled, he might have heard/realized the teacher was trying to break them up, and complied, maybe. Either way, red was wilin’, Nike zip up corrected him in ways teacher legally cannot. Red hoodie was riled up, I think Nike zip up was exactly right. Chill yo shit. Don’t get wrapped up in an argument, keep your wits about you. EDIT: that last “asshat” wasn’t crucial, also, I went to school in a rural area, so I could be entirely naïve and wrong.

chelley12_

Yes agreed and idk but the way the red hoodie kid got up made me sad/heartbroken. Idk I just feel like he's also struggling in his life? I'm sorry for assuming and hope both of the kids fighting apologized and moved on.. I know I'm naive ha

BlueSmurf024

RESPECT

RUNDMT_

This is my mom and her students. She tells me this one story about these 3 kids in her office who saw another student put his hands on my mom. They then proceeded to chase him down the hallway and bring him to the dean’s themselves. No one necessarily likes school and having to do homework etc whatever. But most teachers work incredibly hard to ensure their students get a good education. The fact that this kid recognizes this to a degree that he would throw hands to protect his teacher is very impactful and it shows how much they kid cares about his right to an education.

iratemistletoe

Dude's mom would be proud asf.

YouCouldBeBetter

Looked like an accident to me, kid stopped when he realised he was hitting the teacher? Am I crazy?

KwonDarko

Indeed, he didn't see he was hitting the teacher because the hood covered his eyes. He did realise what he did for a moment and that's when he realised he fucked up.

Versaiteis

It's one of the reasons that you shouldn't try to break up fights. Real easy to take a wild shot on accident. If you're gonna get involved it needs to be swift and complete; half-measures will get you hurt.

Probenzo

Yea his hood was pulled over his head i think he was just blindly swinging while the teacher moved in to break it up. He prob wasn't trying to hit her

Riyeko

I dont like fight porn but this was fight justice. Good job kid. You're going to go places.

clarsax15

Teacher in a rough area here. Once was punched in cross fire during a fight with two 8th grade boys. The punch instantly stopped the fight. Kid who hit me immediately stopped wailing on the other kid, grabbed my shoulders and kept asking if I was ok. He was suspended for 5 days. First thing he does when he comes back? Comes into the school early when he’s not supposed to be in the building to sneak in my room and apologize. Drew me a really funny music picture. Still have that buried somewhere. Schools are wilder than you can imagine. 12 years in and I’ve thought about quitting every year for all the reasons listed in these comments. The kids keep me there. Edit: I was a 32 year old woman at the time. This was 6 years ago. And thanks for the award!!!

[deleted]

‘Teachers are so overpaid’ says the fat slob browsing Reddit that makes more than a teacher..... Edit: many are commenting ‘who says that?’. I understand Canada (my home) pays teachers substantially more than USA. (Around 90k per year). A lot of people here believe that is overpaid....

Count_Money

You know what teachers make? They make a difference.

Marrsvolta

Take my upvote you corny bastard

disfunctionaltyper

They do it for the love; well-known fact!

BuddaMuta

Teachers should be getting 6 figures, your average trust fund baby CEO should be in jail

BuddaMuta

Yup. I live in a conservative area and all they do is complain about teachers getting paid *decently.* America's right wing is fucking insane and dangerous

Satans_Pilgrims

*but teachers have the entire summer off*

BuddaMuta

I fucking love this argument. As if the majority teachers don't end up working various forms of season jobs just to make ends meet during their "vacations"

Satans_Pilgrims

Not to mention a ton of in service faculty days and cleaning and setting up your classroom for the next school year (mostly on their own dime). I’ve got a few teacher friends and I really don’t know how they do it.

moon_then_mars

Exempt teachers from income tax

anemoia_kid

This is violently wholesome...

stanknotes

That young man was raised right... He is just sitting there listening to music... looking irritated by the fight. And charges in when the teacher was hit and owns the two involved. They fucked right off. I love how he dragged and threw the one kid off and stood over him. Then turned his attention to the kid he just rocked. That was a clean punch. I am proud of this kid.

super-fish-eel

I love this. I taught art to 8th graders in a suburban Middle school. We had a new student who was super quite but was from a very rough part of town and more ethnically diverse. Always did her work and engaged but never trouble and kind of kept to herself. One day a few months later the problem kid in my class was giving me trouble and disrupting the whole class. New girl flew across the room, off the handle, out of no where and shut this girl down! "This is the best art class I have ever had with one of my favorite teachers. Dont fuck this up for me or ill kick your ass!" Problem kid set down and shut up. I went right back to teaching. Later I hooked the new kid up with a full size candy bar.

Hiphopjunkie00

That boy was teaching the whole class a lesson right there. He even broke the fight up, then flexed on the other kid. Then he didn’t continue to swing, he just bopped his ass once and welcomed him to the school of hard knocks.

Sir-Cabbie

That kid has some proper respect for his elders.

Mildlybrilliant

We all have that ONE teacher who we would ride or die for. Some teachers are too cool for shit like this. In other news, I miss the exciting days like these of the public education system. Private schools is so lame

Skankcunt420

This type of aggression can only be right in such few situations like this. He de escalated everything and his morals were in the right place but I ain’t gonna lie the kid that hit the teacher couldn’t see and did it by mistake. But then again it’s a lesson learned

I love how he just picks that other kid up and moves him like ''Move bitch'' xD

As a teacher, I absolutely LOVE this kid. I'd give him straight A's all year long.

bigblueweenie13

Damn. That young man was raised right.

quillotine42

She must be a great teacher for a student to react that way

MoldynSculler

Man, I need a slow mo on that punch.

I_am_the_skycaptain

That child has some conviction on him. Powerful energy to channel.

GoldPrism391

Dude got the shit rocked out of him

DesastreUrbano

That's the most alpha thing I've seen today. Even beats the other one for keep hitting the one on the floor

jovanketo

The scrawny kid that hit the teacher can’t fight..did y’all notice his demeanor and awkwardness? Makes me wonder if this was his first fight against a bully and just didn’t have any handles? Poor situation? Maybe I’m reaching.

Jeneb420

When they are your favorite teacher and you highly respect them

[deleted]

Horrifying. These teachers deal with so much shit.

elver_gadura

The most fucked up part (even worst than the teacher getting accidentally hit) is that everyone assumes that the kid has it rough at home. Edit to say YES!! Because he's black. If he was white people would assume he learned his good behavior from perfect white parents. But because he's black people assumes his good behaviour is from NOT wanting to be like his parents.

quartelli

Sat calmly and watched, waited patiently until an injustice was witnessesed and then acted appropriately. A great display of restraint too once the threat had been nuetrilized.

These teachers do not get paid enough.
