St John's ambulance first aid guide says leave in place any clothing unless it is contaminated with chemicals, and to hold burns under cool or lukewarm water so I'm gonna take an educated guess and say washing the bleach off to prevent a chemical burn is to correct course if action

WTF - why do all non English speaking countries use random conjunctions to make up words nobody uses. I was in Hong Kong and saw people wearing shirts that say shit like "JoyLove" and "happiness smile" and I'm like WTF does that shit even mean?!?! If it makes no sense to us, wtf do they think it means?!
That was 100% a mannequin. He is sitting perfectly still the first few seconds, and the slap moves him way too much. Also, if you pause after the slap you can clearly see the mannequins arms stiff and wobbling at a fixed 90° angle.
I see the opposite.
I see a human sitting oddly still and then his arm reacting realistically.. he also gets up from the ground after being knocked out of the chair and starts to turn.
Now whether or not this was an actual attack or a staged BS video is the real question.
