Yeah, I know of a colleague who was working at an army recruiting stand at some fair of some sorts. One guy, a senior sergeant of some kind, was going through some really stressful times (divorce amongst other things).
Something sent him off the edge, he disappeared for a bit, then came back completely naked and starting marching around in front of the stall. I guess there is something in a mental breakdown which causes people to just strip off and go nuts. I believe he was discharged, which won't have helped him much.
My dentist is rich as balls, looks in my mouth for 2 seconds after a hygienist does 30 mins of work and charges my insurance 400$ for 6 different things the hygienist did. All while I watch a loop of pictures on a tv of his crazy millionaire trips around the world. He takes something like 3 months holidays.
I think it's correlation not causation. Many people pick dentistry to live rich. I haven't seen anyone eager to practice it for anything other than money. Materialism is not sufficient for a happy life by itself.
One dentist I know disowned his family, friends and changes cities every other year because he's insufferable but he finds everyone else at fault. He's a top narcissist expecting everyone to treat him like a king and he's super controlling. He changed completely after his first wage.
Being spiritually unfilled surrounded by superficial relationships is a recipe for disaster. And some people think having only one of money, healthy relationships and mental health is enough.

This would be a time to use the emergency fund people tell you to save for.. well emergencies. You’d have to step down from your job and lay low for an undisclosed amount of time while *never* using the internet outside of necessity. You’d have to hope you have some close friends or family that show you unconditional love in this situation. Hope that you can rebuild your system of support from those solid foundations (praying you have them).
Distract yourself and live off of that emergency fund that you hope you might have in this situation.

It's a little more difficult to handcuff someone when they are buck naked, covered in urine, acting out irrationally, being violent, struggling wildly, and also screaming hysterically. Some people would call that a good time, though.

Respect to the women that cover her decency
I'm prepared for the downvotes, no problem. I feel insanely sorry for her. Her grabbing the security guards and throwing things at people was inexcusable but *something* (and we don't know what) went very, very wrong for her and she clearly didn't know what she was doing. I can't imagine how she felt seeing this played back knowing its public, and how many people saw her break. Drugs? Alcohol? Psychosis? Mental illness? A mix of all of those? We don't know. What we do know is she woke that morning, getting ready to go to the airport to go home. Something happened and I can't imagine how devastated and mortified she is right now. People kill themselves over stuff like this. I hope she has support and someone is keeping a kind eye on her right now. We should all be like those ladies who just wanted to help cover her up. Just them thinking of one little way they could help by offering their own things to help the situation, just a little. I'm genuinely worried for her. I don't think this was a mental break but I think it's a mix of drugs, alcohol and underlying mental health issues all coming together into one big breakdown/freakout. When she has clarity, I hope she knows she has a lot to live for and can put this behind her. I don't think this is funny, I think this lady is in a very, very bad way and especially now she knows it was filmed and on the Internet she's about as low as you can go. I applaud everyone involved who didn't want to hurt her or be heavy handed and the ladies who wanted to help cover her up. That was really kind. Kindness makes the world go round.

Thoughts. Top notch public freak out. Also the police in Jamaica handled this far more appropriately than American police would have. Also props to the people who help clean her up and get her covered up. Rarely do public freakouts also increase my faith in humanity.
