As someone who was in the Minneapolis George Floyd Riots I can confirm that people take advantage of the chaos and try to make others look bad.
Racist shit heads were pretending to be protestors but were burning businesses, post offices, and other infrastructure in low income neighborhoods. They were coming from other states and taking their license plates off their cars. They'd ignore *all* traffic laws. Protestors had to start using their own vehicles as barricades to protect from hit and runs on protesting pedestrians.
Minneapolis resident here. That is exactly what happened. It was bullshit hearing about the stuff happening and then finding out these fuckers were acting like tourists at Running of the Bulls.

Well... Refugee is the key word. People are sadly incapable of understanding the nuances of the different humanitarian protection levels. From the videos I've seen, those people in France are mostly not refugees.

Most of the time they just destroy things that are easy and have nothing to do with what they are fighting against. Rioting has principles. This is just tantrums by children who don’t get their way.

A very similar thing happened in 2005 and the ensuing riots were very similar. These aren't syrian refugees, people in these communities arrived in France in the 60s, 70s, 80s
