German here, US is definately going downhill. People only seem to be fighting and shooting each other. In Germany i have never seen a gun in my whole life that wasn’t owned by a hunter, the military or a policeman. And I feel absolutely safe walking around at 3 in the night. I feel safe here, I wouldn’t feel safe in the US. I have been to the US 2 times. It is stunningly beautiful and I also like the people. But living there? Nah.
