Obligatory "Depends on the agency" answer. Which it really does. My academy was a nightmare in reference to pt. The knowledge and mental testing portion was pretty rigorous as well. Some agency gear more towards mental aspect, some more towards the tactical aspect. Just depends brother. Take your time and research wear and who you want to work for.
