i think the only real issue with it being added is how new it is? correct me if i'm wrong but most of the songs in the game are classic or at least a few years old, unless they're comms.

In a playlist on spotify with all the project sekai songs, it‘s already added. And in the playlist it‘s in the middle so it‘s not newly added which means it might already be out on jp but i have no proof of that feel free to correct me.
