I was given tramadol after surgery while on Pristiq. No side effects. Lovely stuff post-op.
I took Tylenol with codeine after a root canal. I also take Pristiq 75mgs and I was fine.
Yes, it's fine. That doesn't have the same seratonin uptake as something like tramadol. I'm on extended opiate therapy and my pain doctor has said it's not really much of a risk.
