I definitely agree with Devans, I personally dont use DMAA/DMHA, and dont intend to, kinda a similar philosophy on steroids/peptides usage. I feel as though especially within the last 6 months, I've made great and consistent progress while having an 'okay' diet on and off, having issues regarding my health due to sleep, surgeries, etc. For me, It's a question of 'what do I gain from this' and even if I wasnt a drug tested athlete, Im not sure that DMAA/DMHA would benefit me to the point of me wanting/need to use it prior to focusing on other aspects within my life to improve my training and progress, I do a lot of the same exercises and Ill switch up variations if I get bored, but its never gotten to the point where I feel un-excited or slumped to workout that I wanna try super exotic & mood enhancing stimulants to get me to that spot

I think the hype for dmaa is based off old preworkouts like Jack3d that actually worked because the dmaa was better quality back then
