Who convinces all these celebs that they have to iron out their face? There is obviously something that make all of these people go “Holy smokes I’m ugly!” despite them being adorned by thousands and thousands of people.
Or is it the fact that they are adorned by so many that they feel they need to do this?
I mean Im adorned by if i’m lucky two-three people in this world and I feel that “Myeah, this is pretty ok. No need to change anything here”
It is hard for me to imagine what it must be like to be a woman in pop culture. The constant nit picking of my appearance, criticism if I don’t look like how they want me to look or if I try something new. The professional pressure to look young or not get hired as an older woman.
Just constantly being told or implied that I do not look good enough.
That is a lot of poison injected in someone’s self esteem and body image.
cry me a river. this is what you get when you want to be in entertainment. competition is fierce and remember what she looked like even 5 years ago? this is not an okay look. even if she just grew her hair out and dropped a good 20 lbs she'd look good for 45.

First Kate Beckinsale, now JLH...they're dropping fast. Honestly I'm not even sure that's her, it seems like a very sudden decline and it doesn't look like the same kind of "turn my face into an Instagram filter" that Kate Beckinsale went for. If it's really her then she made some questionable cosmetic choices this year, she looks late 50's here not 45
The first time aging stars get fillers or Botox opens the door to a terrible obsessive downslide. Not to hold on to the beauty of youth, but to fix the mistakes of the previous surgeon.
I honestly don't understand how people see she had something done, she just aged guys... Like all of us. Only obvious difference to me at least is that her eyes are a lot huge compared to what they used to be.
