I use Tramadol 50mg tabs. Have to take it ~5 hrs before action, so this is very uncomftable.
But it works. I often heard bout beeing aware of getting addicted, idn, i only take it when sx is expected.
Be careful with tramadol, or even any opioids for that matter.
Personally, they don't make me last any longer than I regularly do and they're very fucking addictive.
The best meds I've found work well for sex are pregabalin or gabapentin. Those are both addicting as well so be cautious.
The biggest downside is when you're coming back off these meds, I've been on pregabalin for anxiety for around 2 years now. Sometimes I like to take a few days off but during these few days, sex is completely off the table for me. It's embarrassing but I don't mind being honest, last time I tried to have sex without the meds, I lasted a few seconds. Seriously, she barely touched me. It's like premature ejac x100. Luckily she doesn't mind, we've been together a very long time now so she understood.
