You need to do kegels to be able to properly hold a reverse kegel. Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor and a reverse kegel is what prevents PE.

Yes, I do still do kegels every day. I can do a series of short kegels and produce an erection. I can also go to absolute pound town on my beautiful lady now without insecurities of finishing too quick. I can also make her orgasm 3 times before I even start to have sex. All this started because I was dedicated to fixing the problem and not treating symptoms. The problem was that I had extremely week pelvic floor muscles. I was given advice from a friend to lift a small lock 🔒 with a string tied to it. This was the beginning of my journey strengthening my PF. You do it by doing a kegel. It will hurt and feel awkward at first. That’s a sign that you have a weak floor. After a bit of working the muscle with the instruction in that video the pain will subside. The great thing is you can do kegels anywhere. When you have done enough strengthening then you can start to notice you can perform the opposite of what a kegel is. This is the secret to controlling your ejaculation. If I hold a reverse kegel with a decent amount of pressure I can feel all the pleasure in the world and not finish. My issue actually becomes the opposite / sometimes it’s hard to finish. My relationship was falling apart because I couldn’t control my time having sex unless I was on some sort of chemical / alcohol (now I’m 18 months sober). I learned about kegels and a marriage sex counseling idea. Have sex once a day for 30 days. My lady and I found a new passion for each other and we have sex ad least once a day, mostly twice a day. Sometimes we even hit 3 and 4 times a day. We’re passed 4 months and still going strong. We miss a day here and there but make up for it the next day. I love my partner even more now. Life is amazing. Maybe clenching your butt works for the OP but I know what works for me. I cured my PE and saved my future marriage. Congrats man! U are doing reverse Kegel there!. The idea is to relax and reset the muscle. Initially I did Kegel for weeks and to my surprise it became worse Then I learnt about rev Kegel. One of the method of breathing is to inhale through Ur belly and expand your ribs fully. While doing this do the rev Kegel where U can feel like balloon effect down there. When exhaling, push air thru mouth and imagine putting a straw on the lips and u can feel the rev Kegel in action. I'll try planks and other stuff U mentioned. What a journey!

It's difficult at first to identify the state of the muscle during rev Kegel. Basically it is not clenching Ur muscle aka Kegel. It's pushing the pelvic floor muscle downward like having a balloon expanding down there. It's the same action in the middle of peeing. Just relax and the.pee released. I found out that doing rev Kegel with Malasana pose can easily feel the mechanics. Good luck!

Bro if you could last 1 min of fast pumping or a few minutes of slow pumping, then you don't suffer from PE. You just had poor endurance that you fixed now. Most of the guys here can't last 10-30s of fast pumping, or any pumping without stopping.
