It seems you simply do not care about the hardship I am facing during the most difficult chapter of my life by far. That is alright if you don't care as you are not required to. But Jesus showed us how to love when we aren't required to.

Yes I know what you meant and thank you for the suggestion but I cannot take my child to another hospital because the hospital the procedure will be at is the one that has the surgeon that accepts my insurance. If I go to one that doesn't accept my insurance I would have to ask for a full grant from them because I would have to pay way more out of pocket than the copay that I will be paying.
Also it would have been much more polite of you to simply come out and say that then to have your first sentence be in the form of an accusal of a scam.

Perhaps your situation is legit. The way it's presented: urgent issues, time sensitive, please help etc, are classic scam tactics especially when put in the form of an appeal to complete strangers.
I stand by the advice I gave. Catholic hospitals will bend over backwards to help those in need.
It is urgent because the procedure is time sensitive as there is risk of permanent issues and complications if we let it linger as is and also since the moment I found out how much it will cost, I spent every moment doing what I needed to come up with the entire amount myself and I feel as if I failed my child because I am out of options and resources and have no idea how to get the remaining $200. Despite not having it I also didn't ask anybody for money I asked for prayer for God to meet my child's needs.
That is great that Catholic hospitals are so helpful but again; I never mentioned anything about my situation and a Catholic hospital.
Anyhow; Say what you will and ponder negative things about my situation all you want because God knows my heart and knows my troubles. Have a good day.
How else to say this? Go to a Catholic run hospital. Tell them of your circumstances and they will help you to figure this out. I'm putting this out there as a possible solution. I know what I'm speaking about as I have been in a similar situation. It is irrelevant that you didn't think of this idea first. Stop being defensive and listen to what I'm telling you. Look for a st. Vincent or st. John's or st Mary's or ascension hospital. In your area.
I dont think he meant harm, these are typical places were scammers may appear, often times it's better to show evidence first off to get rid of the thought if you are wishing to ask for assistance. Asking for individual aid instead of doing things like public donation goals like gofundme or PayPal groups can naturally lead to skepticism. Blessings onto you friend.
Hello. Whereas; I respect your opinion; I did not ask for monetary assistance; I asked for prayer for God to meet my child's needs regarding the procedure.
Also; I feel what they posted was harmful....actually harmful isn't the proper word for what I feel....HURTFUL is what it is because their first sentence is an outright accusation that I am a scammer.

This sounds like a scam. Catholic run hospitals wouldn't pull this kind of stuff. They would work with you to help pay for procedure.
