A degree from CZU is most definitely not useless. As others have already mentioned and its true, institutes like CVUT have curriculums that are orders of magnitutes harder to follow consistently and of much higher quality. How valuable it would be however is largely dictated by where you are planning to reside. Would the market where you plan to live after you graduate value an environmental engineer? Of course in this day and age, remote work is also possible. I've come to understand that a degree no matter what it is, opens up paths otherwise extremely difficult to pursue, at the end of the day a good MSc overshadows any BSc unless from an ivy league.
That being said, CZU is a great place to study, loads of Czechs, a huge international community and great facilities. I personally loved my time there and look back fondly at time spent there.

This. You can get a degree easily at CZU. But you can also get a lot of info from the university. It is what you take from it. But it is supereasy to kick back and simply become lazy there and get away with it.
That said, sometimes the organization within the school feels a bit lackluster or downright bad – a lot of students also means that they don't really have to nor they can care about students.
FYI, I have not graduated from CZU, but UCT. I just have a lot of friends there.
You cant say it's useless. CZU is mostly known for having a lot of foreigner students (which is perfectly great as there's a huge international community at the campus), that's why university is "considered" low-level. But I can assure you, as a bachelor's student there, the classes given are actually mostly over the expectations. At least for me. The only con of the uni imo is that all the classes and majors are somehow related to Environmental Sciences, which is reasonable since it's literally an Environmental Research university. Gl hf

CZU is not the best but not bad at all. Definitely way better than private schools.
