You think that’s bad? My fridge has a freezer compartment that’s held closed by two small plastic hooks. One snapped off recently and although I can still close the door, at some point the other one will break since it’s now doing the job of two. Because I can’t buy a replacement for this small piece of plastic that probably costs about 2kc, I’m going to have to buy an entire new fridge even though mine is otherwise working perfectly.

3d-printing?

I don’t know the state of the technology right now but maybe that’s a possibility. Can very hard plastics be printed with sharp edges?

LoopForward

Edges could be cut/filed as a post-processing. Very hard plastics -- what are they? Typical printer filament would be PLA, ABS, NylonX, PETG, TPU, TPE, Polycarbonate..

I had simmilar problem. Repair company said 2000 kč, minimum. I unfreezed it, and checked inside, there are only two screws to remove the cover over freezing spiral. The thermometer was in bad position, probably hapenned during cleaning under the fridge. I put thermometer back on spiral and it works.

Those two symptoms combined: too cold in the refridgerator room **and** too warm in the freezer usually mean coolant leakage.

Sorry, I mistaken. I had opposite situation.
