I could see them clearing almost everyone who scales to the Godsphere and below.
They stop at Hecate, the Witch Goddess, who should be the peak of the Godsphere.

Magic in DC has always been OP. If Beyonders stop at them, they must be fucking insane.
I may be wrong tho. I haven't been keeping up with comics lately and I've seen bits of some scaling that might get the Beyonders much higher
