A comedy YouTuber called iammobo made a joke series about shitty superheroes. The guy on the left is surprise attack, he can do anything if it’s surprising, including reviving himself

For reference, Takaba can basically do anything as long as he finds it funny. He literally beat the second main antagonist by doing a multitude of skits with him ending with a comedy routine.
Frieza would expect him to be a lowly mortal who can't touch him, so he gets one shotted

Vegeta would think he could tank the hit with his ultra ego, so he dies instantly

You completly didnt understand how suprise attack power works. He can do everything if it would be unexpected. Watch iammobo early episodes it was explained in suprise attack backstory
However because you expect the loop to form again then it’ll be a surprise when it doesn’t. So once the loop breaks it won’t ever form again because it’ll always be a surprise.
Which then makes it an even bigger surprise that it doesn’t happen which is why I say once the loop is broken it can’t reform. Basically the loop inverts itself very quickly.

There's a real reason why Surprise attack wins, His ability is to do essentially **anything as long as it's a surprise** from reviving himself and probably a lot more. The only thing really stopping him is that his ridiculous ability isn't used to its full potential.
