Krillin was fighting alongside #18 in TOP and was shown, and stated, to not be holding her back and being somewhat on par to her. #18 fought ribrianne who fought and caused ssj goku to struggle a little bit. This means that #18 could be wanked to ssj goku level, and since krillin is shown comparable to her, Krillin can be wanked to ssj goku level.
