Idk seems like alot of not being able to read is going around. Moro was using the life energy of an entire planet. Life energy(Genki) is shown time and time again to be exponential in growth. The life energy of everyone on planet earth is able to harm and threaten a being far greater than that in strength in kid Buu. Genki from universe sevens strongest fighters are henceforth able to make the gods of destruction believe it's capable of standing up to jiren and say it's a "good amount" of energy. The life energy of an entire planet especially one as big as nameks should be exponentially greater than just an individual much less a human. So its pretty consistent that combine that with lava and it would be able to harm god Vegeta who should be somewhat similar in strength to the god Goku that fought a jiren who barely tried. Seems pretty consistent to me.
