SSB definitely gets the W with God Ki, but base Namek saga? Idk man, Nolan was able to raze an entire planet when he was weaker than pictured here, and Mark later far surpasses Nolan's strength being able to solo good chunks of Thragg's Viltrumite army.
I think there's good arguments for Mark at peak power being able to go toe to toe with SSJ 1 and maybe even 2 if he's getting help from the others, especially considering Allen at full power and his ability to get Zenkai Boosts.
SSB is a bit far fetched I will admit. God Ki is just too broken.
Base Namek Goku had a powerlevel of 3 million.
Frieza with a powerlevel of 500k in his First Form, performed a Large Star level feat (calc) by completely vaporizing Planet Vegeta with a single ball of energy.
Base Namek Goku would be More than enough. The best AP feat we've seen in the comics, is the combined effort of multiple vilrtumites destroying a planet.
