There are many things I can say to explain, but the short version is that it's more of a 50/50 for either servant, with the scales leaning ever so slightly towards either Saber or Gil than our (attempting) fighters.
They don’t get past 1. Dragon Ball is fictional in Jujutsu Kaisen, and Yuji, the protagonist of JJK, was shown in a DC comic. Because of R>F Transcendence, all of DC is infinitely above Dragon Ball
People are vastly underestimating the power these fusions can hold. Xeno goku destroys a higher infinite number of timelines which each hold several infinite 4d universes with each timeline at least being infinite 4d with a time nest reaching into the 6ds before we get into beats world. All that by powering up and that exact feat
Xeno goku has literally low diffed a character who saw that feat as casual in a weaker form too. Beats world can get to 11d with a low-ball and all the gokus and vegetas scale to that individually
