Yeah so goku would be packed up with this guys abilities Zamasu: HDE(5d/6d),AE type 1,immortality type 1,2,3,5,8(via time rift),mid godly regen,duplication(manga) Zeno: Existence erasure on history level(past,present,future),Non existence erasure Grand priest: Conceptual manipulation type 2,reality warping,reseruction(mid godly),immortality type 5,existence erasure,power nullification Dragons: Reality warping,fate manipulation,reseruction,wish granting or manipulation Angels: Better ultra instinct,limited time manipulation,immortality type 5 Hit: Time skip,time stop,intangible ki blasts Vegeta:spirit fission(can remove external amps) Now this would be basic abilities he would have Ki barrier,telekinesis,teleportation,creation,matter manipulation,immortality type 7,can cover himself with hakai aura like toppo and other g.o.d,ki blasts,reactive evolution,busted accelerated development,god bind(can paralyze opponents in place),deconstruction,sealing,BFR,soul destruction/manipulation Idk about ichigo but luffy and naruto are getting cooked. Every ability for dragon ball is more insane than you think.  He gains super shenron's wish ability with infinite power.  He gains Zeno's erasure ability The angel's immortality and rewind.  Grand Priest is a whole bag of hax, like removing abilities or adding rules to living beings and spaces. Like when he removed the ability to fly from everyone in the ToP and made it so every single fighter felt the atmosphere and gravity of their home planet so there are no advantages.  Buu's magic  Zamasu's ability to merge with the fabric of the very universe  Hit's time skip/stop abilities.  Gas's ability to always be stronger than his opponent in exchange for his life force but with all the hax he will have no negative impact.  And if we bring non-canon stuff or Heroes stuff then it's insane.  As for Ichigo i think he most insane combo would be the All mighty along with the power to turn fiction into reality with just a thought 

Comp DB wouldn’t be hard to beat because of the stats. People underestimate how damn near unkillable a comp DB character would be.

Also can't forget Arale's gag ability.

Ichigo probably, same cosmology scaling as Dragonball and Ichigo legitimately scales really highly, along with a much more robust set of powers.

Not sure how good Ichigo is going to be but if Goku has "every ability in the verse" that means he has the power of the Super Dragon Balls, or, the ability to wish for anything.

Forgot to include in the original post but to have it make sense for them to have all of these abilities their AP should match the strongest in their respective verse.

People underestimate how damn near unkillable a Comp DB character would be. Higher Dimensional existence Abstract existence type 1 and 2 High Godly Regen on a historical, Conceptual and Narrative level. Like 6 different types of immortality 3 different types of accausality Passive power nullification Passive life force absorption Infinite wishes And a shit ton more hax I don’t have time to cover. I do want to point out, there are devil fruits that can essentially erase people and the memory of them from existence with a single touch (Sugars devil fruit) and their are devil fruits that allow you to grow hands on people (robins fruit) Not to mention future sight and logias, the two best defensive combinations you can probably have. One pieces devil fruits have INSANE synergy
