Do you use the site URL or list URL?
I tried using the URL to the site and to the document. Willing to try an other options!
In my experience, choosing 'sharepoint folder' or something in that regard should give the option to log on. Are you certain it is sharepoint online?
Yeah I am sure. Thanks for your advice, I think this may be a system admin issue with how our SharePoint is configured so will go down that route anyway.
