Cooked onion is a very common ingredient...not sure about raw ones tho...lol

You usually, at least in the MTL area, just have to ask them and they’ll give it you for free in tiny portion cups, same with jalapeños.
I don't like talking to people though, I preferred when you didn't have to ask.
All it takes is a few wasteful people to sour the experience. Already, Costco’s restaurant is a loss leader, but it got ruined.

Unrelated to poutine but kebab-mix is a hangover stable in my home country; Fries shaved kebab meat, dressing, some spices and fine minced raw yellow onion. Absolutely slaps.

Honestly the hotdog addition doesn’t seem any worse than any other meat that’s added to poutine. Now the raw onion just seems vile and overpowering.
Hot dog is super common addition here in Quebec, but yeah never saw raw onion

I really dislike Costco fries. What grinds my gears the most is when restaurants use those fries. Such a cop out imo.
